Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeping arrangements for 4 guests, this Mediterranean-style villa is a fantastic size and layout for families, couples, or friends escaping to paradise together. The moment you arrive, your mind will immediately become at ease in the unit's beautiful interior. Tasteful decor, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of natural light abound throughout 1,100 square feet of tastefully appointed living space, making the villa feel very clean and airy. Free parking is included for one car only.

As you gather with your companions in the spacious living room, open the French doors to let the refreshing ocean breeze in - you'll love the way this property's indoor living spaces seamlessly blend with the outdoors. After a memorable day in the sand and surf, come home to prepare tapas and cocktails in the modern kitchen, fully equipped with granite countertops and all the necessary cooking appliances. Later, step outside to the private balcony, where you can admire picturesque views of the golf course. You may even spot a few iguanas and other wildlife while taking in the scenery! When you're ready to call it a night, retreat to one of the bedrooms, or charming loft, to rest up for the next eventful day. All the other amenities you want in your ultimate home-away-from-home are here, including WiFi, cable TV, air conditioning, in-unit laundry machines, and 2 marble bathrooms.

This villa is a short walk from the recreation area, featuring a newly renovated Swimming Pool, Gazebo and Hot Tub. The pool in front of the beach is for owners’ use only. The beach is OPEN to everyone.

You certainly won't have to venture far from the villa to access the incredible wonders of Puerto Rico. From here, you'll be just 10 minutes from the El Yunque, a National Rainforest boasting spectacular waterfalls, gorgeous vegetation, and scenic hiking trails that allow you to access enchanting sites. For more outdoor adventure, visit Bioluminescent Bay, Vieques Island, or La Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve in Fajardo. Don't miss snorkeling at Flamenco Beach on Culebra Island! The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash your own dishes
Check out with the security guard and return your parking permit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
CANOPY: If you open it during the day, please make sure you CLOSE it at night. There are strong winds sometimes at night and canopy can break.
PARKING: Parking #39D in front of the Villa is allowed for ONE car only. As per the Association’s Rules, NO VISITORS are allowed during your stay.
To rent a golf cart, inform the hotel you are staying in Cluster II; it needs to have certain sticker to enter our Cluster.

The place is nice, clean, well kept and communication was very good overall. If you are a family traveling as a single group, this is the perfect place. The view of the golf course is beautiful. The guard shack does an excellent job guarding the gates. Your things will be safe for sure. As for the Wyndham pool, you may use it if you pay for day passes through resort day pass for com, which worked out greatly. However, you may not use the ocean club pool on the beach whatsoever. Some air b and b renters DO put their guests on the guest list but the owner for this villa does not, just so you know. Our friends traveling with us were allowed but we were never able to join them. Also, this cluster or owner does not allow ANYONE to come to your villa. We received a phone call from the owner when my sister came by to pick up our children to take them to the Wyndham pool where we reserved cabanas for the day. The owner was not rude but it was off putting and accusatory. Despite my previous conversation via VRBO messaging with owner in which he told me it would be ok if other members of our group came to the villa for evening dinners/snacks, they told me this was not allowed. This out is on edge and we needed up going to cluster 1 near the clubhouse to join our friends/family there. Overall, if you travel as a single group, Edgar's place as wonderful and the price is very good in my opinion. Real time to walk to closest beach which is the ocean club beach is about 13 minutes.

The villa was beautiful and well equipped with all of our needs. There are four beach chairs, beach towels and even a little cooler available to use. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and the nearby beach was nice for lounging. The villa is located in a perfect location; just a short drive to many attractions. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others!

Fully stocked Spanish style villa is everything you’d want in Puerto Rico

This adorable Spanish style villa was absolutely perfect for our 3 days in Luquillo Beach. Our hosts anticipated every need with a fully stocked kitchen, ample beach supplies (chairs, tent, cooler). The hosts addressed every question and concern immediately. I highly recommend this property or these hosts.
