Turn off the televisions, lights, and A/C. Close the apartment and put the key back in the lockbox.
The checkout is at 11:00 a.m. If you need more time, please let me know. Lock the apartment. Keep the key in the safe. I hope you had a good time.

I'd give all the stars available for excellent communication the host has. Even on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, she was answering my inquiries very professionally and patiently. We stayed before at Hillside Village in another unit, and I can't recommend the location enough. If you like quiet and safety, this is the place for you.
