Dont stay here

When we booked this property it was post have 3 bathroom but it only had one.The property was a work in progress. It was not finished. Construction was still in progress. No tv or dressers to put clothes in bedrooms.closet door in one bedroom would not open. The kitchen really didn't have no equipment to cook with. I just feel like this property isn't family house, but manger tried to make it litter better

Gloria I apologize for the 3 bathroom mistake, as we spoke about on check in that was an oversight and because of it I took ownership of the mistake and quickly refunded a portion of your stay. The home is not a work in progress there is no pending construction as stated. I’m aware that there was a sheet of plywood in the sunroom but please don’t misconstrue it as active construction, it was simply leftover material that was stored away. I hope you will reconsider the 1* rating taking into consideration the fact that I provided you a partial refund and sent someone out on short notice to help you get back in to the house when you locked yourself out. I understand there was some issues but 1* with a title of “don’t stay here” makes it seem as though the home was inhospitable and highly contradicts our prior 5* ratings.
