Some friends and I enjoyed our stay at Cowboy Minor. The home was spacious, the sleeping quarters were comfortable, and the host was extremely accommodating. The home is conveniently located to several attractions.

The home itself was nice. Clean. Renovated. Everything worked. No complaints about the interior. The listing says ‘up and coming neighborhood’. It was rough. Homes on either side of property are extremely run down as are half the homes on this street. The house faces the freeway. Also, a handyman showed up this morning to fix the dryer during breakfast with no warning from host.

Location was good and it is a great place to accommodate a large group. However it could’ve been cleaner and tidier. The Casita stove had dead bugs on it and there were dishes & tupperware (clean) left out on the counter. Parts of the house are definitely needing repair. Some of the light up signs we couldn’t turn on because they had no batteries.
