Located on the ocean block and just steps from the beach, this recently renovated and beautifully maintained home offers the ideal coastal retreat in a quieter midtown area without surrounding high-rises.
The home features 3 bedrooms—a king bed (with optional cot), a full bed, and a twin-over-full bunk bed—plus two pullout sofas for additional sleeping space, making it perfect for families and groups. With 2 full bathrooms, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully stocked home with linens, towels, and essential amenities, everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided.
Relax outside on three private decks, where you can enjoy views of both the ocean and bay—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets after a day on the sand.
Private parking ensures easy arrival, and the home is pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members can enjoy the beach getaway too.
This home is personally enjoyed and carefully maintained by the owners, and we take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for every guest.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place any used sheets/towels in the hampers provided in the bedroom closets.
Please take all trash out to the dumpster in the rear lot prior to departing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
