Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Property keys must be returned.
Trash: Gather all trash into black plastic bags and place them outside in the designated trash bin/cage.
Towels: Place all used towels in the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
House Manual Rules Definitely no smoking inside of the house. Only authorized people and reservations are allowed.
You can bring your pet if you obtain permission before you book. Garage access isn't available. Pets must go potty outside the property at all times
Parties aren't allowed in the house. NO Exceptions. The pantry room isn't accessible. NO overnight stays for unauthorized guests.
