We always take feedback seriously, but I do want to point out that you reached out to us on the third day of your stay, which makes it surprising to hear these issues were present from the beginning. Had we been notified earlier, we would’ve gladly sent our team out within 24 hours to inspect and address anything needed — that’s always our policy. It’s also worth noting that none of these concerns were mentioned until after deciding to cut your trip short and request a refund, which unfortunately happens from time to time. We can’t verify these claims after the fact, and it's important that guests report any problems right away so we can make things right during the stay.
