Why they chose this property

I built this house in East Austin because I love the neighborhood's proximity to downtown while still being a bit more residential. All of the best restaurants, bars and coffee shops are on the east side!

What makes this property unique

Nice, relaxing patio - and a large living area that is perfect for entertaining. Also the perfect integration of indoors and outdoors.
