THE HOME
The entire home has an open, flowing floor plan with an abundance of natural light thanks to our 16' Sun room/Living room.
Prepare your favorite meal and create memories with your friends and family in the stylish, fully stocked kitchen which boasts stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, plus a Wine Cooler.
Our kitchen opens to the dining and living area which has plenty of seating and a large flat screen SONY TV and Sound bar - the perfect space for entertaining! 
Our home is also equipped with Google Fiber-2Gig, and complimentary Keurig/regular coffee plus tea.

Each bedroom of this home, 3 downstairs and 2 upstairs, is fitted with comfortable high-end beds. There are 3 full-length mirrors.

Perfect for groups of family and friends wanting to get away from it all and still be within 5-10 minutes of Downtown Austin. Great for bridal parties! 

This is the perfect home for groups coming in town for SXSW and the Austin City Limits (ACL) music festival, as it's less than a 5-minute ride to the festival gates at Zilker Park.
The home's exceptional location also favors a night out on 6th Street, which is only a 8-10-minute cab ride away. You are also a 25-minute walk to one of the most desirable streets for dining and shopping on South Congress Avenue and a 10-minute walk to Big Stacy Park which features hiking trails and a playground.
