We are a couple blocks off the popular Brady St. which will have all your restaurants and bars!



There is free street parking nearby. First come, first serve. We do not have a dsignated parking spot. Please pay attention to signage. May need to register vehicle overnight with the city. We can give the link at confirmation.



Getting Around:

Can drive or Uber anywhere in the city.



Other Things to Note:

Before we can confirm any booking, we do need to know: 1. What brings you into town? 2. How many people will be staying at the home? 3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many? 4. Are you bringing any pets? We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in. We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.



$250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in. If keys at property and lost this charge will apply. If no keys, this will not be applicable unless tampering was made with our digital door lock system



Interaction with Guests:

Our concierge team is available from 10am–8pm Sunday-Thursday and 10am–12am Friday and Saturday. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed promptly the following day. We curate a refined, hands-off experience so you can immerse yourself in comfort and relaxation — with attentive support whenever needed.

This was a good landing pad for the area. The neighborhood is gritty but in a good way. Lots of dog walkers and very friendly. The street view of this property is shocking. It looks haunted. It’s not better in person. You’ll be greeted by 4 giant garbage cans and a broken for sale sign. The unit itself is comfortable. The bedding is minimal so if you get cold easily, bring extra blankets.

It was very apparent the unit had not been cleaned in sometime. The kitchen garbage had not been emptied, floors were very dirty with spots where liquids had dried, dust everywhere. Toilet had not been cleaned. Two towels only for place that sleeps six, and they were just hung over the shower curtain rod. Strange stain on sofa. Outside garbage bins were on the elevated porch, piles of mail in the mail box. Only one spare set of sheets, one thin blanket per bed/sofa bed. Worst short rental experience ever had. Managers responded quickly. And offered to send cleaning people the next day, we refused that as we had all our valuables there, etc.

Dirty Linens

Bedding and pillows dirty and stained. Duvet with no cover, also stained. We couldn’t leave fast enough. Booked for two nights and weren’t able to find alternate accommodations until early next morning. Absolutely terrible experience.

However, we want to clarify that all bedding is professionally laundered, and duvet covers are always placed before each guest’s arrival. Upon inspection, our team did not find any stained or dirty items as described, nor were these concerns consistent with the condition of the property after your departure. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable environment, and while we understand that some guests may have different preferences or standards, we believe your comments were exaggerated and not representative of the care we put into our space. We're confident future guests will continue to enjoy the quality and cleanliness we consistently deliver.
