Our property has always been a guest favorite. Amber will be your local host. She'll take great care of you before your arrival and during your stay to answer questions and provide any support you might need to fully enjoy your time at the beach!
Bedrooms: Master w/ ensuite and king bed, patio access, and smart tv 2nd bedroom: queen bed, smart tv, and closet 3rd bedroom: two twin beds, each with twin trundles. Twin beds can be connected to create a king bed with two twin trundles, smart tv, and closet. Just let us know how you'd like the room set up to accommodate your group.
Patio: Super spacious patio, comfortable seating and lounging area, outdoor dining table, electric grill with grilling tools and prep table, and 2 bar height Adirondack chairs for taking in the incredible sunsets over the Gulf
Family room: seats plenty w/ comfortable furniture, 70 inch smart TV, patio access
Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Keurig and standard coffee maker, electric range, large griddle, blender, toaster, microwave, large side by side refrigerator, dishwasher
Full laundry room with washer, dryer, and laundry tub. Condo is properly stocked with all of the linens you'll need.
Additional items to ensure you'll love your stay: tennis equip, pickleball equip, beach wagon, beach shade, beach chairs, beach towels, beach games, sand toys, cooler, bluetooth speaker, yoga mats, high chair, pack-n-play, books, cards and board games!
Convenient 1st floor location with gorgeous views of the Gulf from the main living area, master, and patio. Easy in and out from the gated parking garage with all of your gear, and quick access to the pools, hot tub, and beach without having to take the elevator. There are a few steps to get up to the first floor living area from the parking garage, but there is a large elevator as well as community carts to transport your luggage at your service if you need them.
Holiday Isle has a private gated entrance to the beach complete with a boardwalk to make the trek easy. You can rinse off all of the sand at the wash station near the gate to the beach.
A lovely walk to the left down the beach will take you to the serene Pelican Cove where you can watch the kite surfers and enjoy the local birds and sea life.
Keyless coded entry makes it secure and easy to access the condo.
Guest access to the building's gym is available from 8am-6pm Mon-Sat.
Dauphin Island is a beautiful and quaint coastal community with a laid-back vibe. There are several fun restaurants and shops on the island, many within walking distance of the condo. The beach is the prime attraction, but you can take a break from the sun and sand to check out the Dauphin Island Sea Lab / Aquarium, Audubon Bird Sanctuary and hiking trails, and historic Fort Gaines.
Airport Options: Mobile (40 minutes), New Orleans (2.5 hours)
Grocery Options: Reach out to Dauphin Island Hospitality to have your grocery order delivered ahead of your check in, or visit one of the local grocery stores. Ship and Shore is on island and is stocked with the necessities, or take the scenic drive over the bridge to the larger Greer's market for everything that you need (20 minutes from our condo). Skinner's Seafood Market on island is a great stop for fresh caught fare as well.
Pick a direction for a day trip! Gulf Shores / Orange Beach (1hr by car ferry, 1.5hrs by bridge): Make it an adventure and take the car ferry from Dauphin Island Landing or take the scenic drive over the bridge. There's plenty of sites and activities to keep the family busy, or enjoy an adult outing at the Flora-Bama
Biloxi/Gulfport (1hr by car): Casinos and nightlife, Mississippi Aquarium, and Ocean Adventures Marine park are just a few of the attractions in that direction.
Mobile (40 min by car): Mobile is a great city with exceptional dining and shopping! Stop by historic Bellingrath Gardens on your way.

This condo was perfect! It was absolutely beautiful and stocked with everything we needed for our beach vacation. We loved the swimming pools, pickleball court, and easy beach access. We’ll definitely stay here again for our next beach trip!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect right on the beach & across street from restaurants, an ice cream shop, & small store. The condo was very well equipped with all cooking utensils, spices, oil, condiments, coffee, filters. There was also a room stocked with beach essentials to include chairs, toys, nets, balls, tent, & wagon! (Byobb - bring your own boogie boards!). We would definitely stay again!
In a word - Fabulous! Spacious, well appointed 3 bedroom condo and the location is perfect! Plenty of room for everyone, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and patio seating, beach amenities and family board games/puzzles/books. We had an amazing stay.

Loved the condo, cozy, clean and well equipped . Enjoyed the view from the porch on the back . Short walk to the pool. Wonderful having the indoor pool and hot tub. We will try to book again next year.

Everything was neat, clean, and orderly. We loved that there was an abaundance of towels, and several items were provided so we did not have to pack thwm from home. The layout is spacious, seperated, and wonderful. The outside patio is amazing and the furniture is great. We loved the pools and the hot tub! We all wished there was a lamp or 2 in the living room!!

One of the cleanest condos I’ve stayed in from VRBO. Very big and cozy. Things I love when picking a condo that this listing had: 1. You can’t hear people thru the adjoining walls. 2. Easy/Quick access to parking lot 3. Easy access to the beach. If we ever go back to dauphin island we would definitely stay there again.

Unit location was excellent, clean, and kitchen was spacious and fully stocked. Bring some crab leg crackers if you plan to order Skinners. Also plan to bring extra trash bags and toilet paper. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful!
We took a chance on Daulphin Island, having never been before. More of a fishing community vs commercial family beach getaway.Which really was what we were looking for. Next time, we'll bring fishing gear to fish from the beach shore.LOOOOOONG walk to the beach, but worth it. Not crowded, not gross, and very relaxing once you finally get there.Husband doesn't usually like beach trips. But said the condo makes up for the sand he had to endure. Will def book again
