Luxury Beachfront Holiday Isle Condo!

****NOTE: Summer holidays of Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day require a 7 night minimum****

Beautiful 4th floor unit with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, where you can relax on the balcony and enjoy both the sunrise and sunset.

Decorated with original local art and furniture by local craftsmen. Gorgeous kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel full-size appliances, fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, mixer, and crock pot.

Large round dining table seats four with seating for four more at the bar.

Comfortable, relaxing living area with 55 inch flat screen TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player. Movies, playing cards, and other games also provided for your enjoyment. Coffee table and end tables made by local craftsman of reclaimed heart of pine wood from downtown Mobile.

The master suite includes a king-size bed with memory foam mattress and high thread count sheets and duvet cover. There is also a 48 inch flat screen TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player. Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony and provide beautiful views from your bed. Blackout drapes available for sleeping in! The master bath has a large granite vanity with double sinks, a Jacuzzi-style bathtub and separate shower.

The guest bedroom includes a queen bed with memory foam mattress, high thread count sheets, a 48 inch flat screen TV, and Blu-Ray/DVD player.

The second bathroom has granite counter tops and a large tub/shower combo.

Luxury vinyl tile in living area and bedrooms, ceramic tile in kitchen and laundry.

The laundry room is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer and has an iron and ironing board. We have some housekeeping supplies available should you need them during your stay.

Cable TV, free WIFI, and local calls are included. We also provide beach towels for use at the beach or pool.

Holiday Isle Resort is located directly on the beach! The resort offers both indoor and outdoor saltwater swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, BBQ grills, state-of-the-art fitness center and much more.

We absolutely loved this condo! Larger than we thought- BIG patio, appointed very well, fabulously stocked kitchen. Super comfortable beds! The condo complex had easy and ample covered parking, elevators that were quick, plenty of carts to help you load and unload. Employees of Holiday Isle were so friendly. We were very happy. Wish the pool got more sun and yes the walk to the beach is through a long area of protected dunes but it wasn’t a big deal. Beach wasn’t crowded at all/ we ended up with beautiful weather after some crazy storming. Island cell service can be spotty but it was really no big deal. We discovered west end beach and that was one day where we didn’t do the walk through the dunes. We cooked a lot and ate out a lot. Took the ferry to Fort Morgan. Played putt putt. We loved the quietness of Dauphin.

Perfect Beachfront Condo

This property is perfect for a little rest and relaxation. It is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Easy access to the beach with a couple of restaurants right across the street. Stay up a little late for some stargazing on the huge balcony! Hope we can return one day.

Great weekend Getaway!

Dauphin Island was a great choice for a long weekend getaway. This property is well maintained and the view is beautiful! The Carriage turned out to be a great surprise for dinner, Located right across the road. Enjoyed the ferry on our way out of town. We will definitely be back!

Beach vacation

Jenny was wonderful with open communication. She provided very thorough instructions concerning check in, our stay, and check out. The condo was comfortably furnished and we lacked for nothing. Relaxing Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The pictures don't do it justice. Waking up every morning to the breathtaking view of the Gulf was refreshing. Dauphin Island is a laid-back little town. If you need a chance to get away and unwind, this is a good place to do it. Directly across the street, you can find some good ice cream-lots of flavors to choose from. You will also be across the street from a few other restaurants. The host was very kind and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Everything you could want!

This condo was nothing short of amazing! First - the view! There's a gorgeous view from the living room and master bedroom, with a wide porch with very comfy seating so you can really enjoy it. Next - the decor. This condo was so tastefully decorated down to the tiniest details. It was also incredibly well stocked with anything you could need. The full-size washer and dryer was a great convenience. We were happy to have access to the secure covered parking. There are even good restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

So relaxing!

We couldn't wait to come back! My sons and I had been here 3 years before...it was amazing! The condo is still beautifully deocrated, the kitchen is well equipped and the balcony is roomy with comfortable furniture for relaxing and enjoying the amazing view. The owner was very flexible regarding our reservation when we had an unforeseen change of plans at the last minute. And also impressive when there was a mechanical issue. It was fixed within an hour. We couldn't have asked for better service. Can't wait to return!

Relax and Unwind at Holiday Isle

If you enjoy being close to nature, Dauphin Island is for you. The Holiday Isle condo offers convenient access to many beautiful areas such as the Audubon Nature Trails. Less than a ten minute walk down the beach you will find a small bay that is teaming with wildlife. The sounds in the marsh at night are authentic, better than any heard from a sound track! The check in and check out process to this beachfront condo was seamless. The condo was clean, roomy, and with well stocked kitchen and baths. The bed in the primary suite was super comfortable! There is not a great variety of restaurants on the island, so you will find yourself driving off the island to dinner, especially if you are looking for high end restaurants. You should stop for groceries before you leave the mainland, too. We ate a lot of meals on our patio to take advantage of the spectacular beachside view. However, the downside of condo living is having neighbors you can hear talking while sitting on the patio. Be prepared for a longer walk than usual across the boardwalk to the beach. All in all, the pros definitely outweigh the cons, especially if you enjoy a quiet little beach town.

Everything about this property was just as advertised. This was our first trip for a stay on Dauphin Island. The island vibe was so relaxed and not commercialized. Best beach trip we’ve ever taken. The condo was beautiful! And the property was perfect! To be completely honest, the walk from the condo to the water was a bit difficult, even for 4 adults. However, Dauphin Island is worth every second and I wouldn’t let it stop me!

We grew up and live in Mobile (about 40 minutes North of the Island) and have two adult kids. We both graduated from the University of South Alabama. Allen's family built a vacation home on the Island when he was very young and he spent many summers riding his mini-bike all over the Island and boating in its many bays near their house. Over the years we have spent a great deal of time on the Island.

Why they chose this property

We love the Island and its slower paced style. It is a place where you can relax and get away. We wanted a place of our own where we could enjoy time with family and friends. Holiday Isle is a beautiful, high-end, well-maintained resort. The covered garage parking and gated entry offer security and convenience. The location affords stunning views in all directions.

What makes this property unique

We have appointed our condo with quality and comfort in mind. The furnishings, linens, and local art work, contribute to the relaxed, laid-back feel. We hope you love it as much as we do!
