Nestled against 50 acres of conservation land, this Cape Cod retreat offers a serene escape with direct access to hiking trails and breathtaking woodland views. Our open-concept home provides a tranquil sanctuary for those seeking quiet relaxation and easy access to all that the Cape has to offer.

Just 5 minutes from Paine's Creek and Cold Storage Beach. Explore local trails, enjoy beach time, or simply unwind in complete privacy.

Our 3-level home provides a tranquil sanctuary for those seeking quiet relaxation and easy access to all that the Cape has to offer.

The main floor of the house has an open space design with kitchen, living room, TV, and dining space with table seating for eight people. There is also a walk-in pantry, 1 bedroom, and a full bathroom. The second floor includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a workspace with desk. The lower level includes a family room with TV and bedroom with direct access to the yard.

Experience the quiet of the woods while relaxing or dining on the deck. The yard also includes fire pit, plus parking for 2-3 cars. Steps away, hike the trails in the adjoining conservation land.

The location is perfect - near direct access to the conservation trails adjacent and only a short drive to Brewster’s main thoroughfare. House’s amenities after all we could need to make it a home away from home.
