We had a great time in Cape Cod. The VRBO was close to most things. It was clean and comfortable. The host was very easy to get a hold of with any questions and concerns.

Property was convenient location to the ferries and exploring The Cape. Lots of sleeping room. But I totally missed that the third bathroom was in the basement. It made for a lot of stair climbing for older folks sleeping on the second floor.

Thank you for your review, Bonnie. The main floor has sleeping for 4 in two bedrooms with a bathroom close by. The roomy full basement bathroom is clearly described as being in the laundry room in the basement. And yes there are stairs down and also up to the second floor. Thank you for helping to make that clear for anyone who might find stairs difficult. So glad you found our property so centralized to all you might want to do on the Cape! And yes, lots of beds to choose from!

This house in Yarmouth Port was lovely. It was very clean and had all the amenities and features that our family of 7 needed. It is close to everything from great beaches to shopping. I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

Every summer we go with a couple of family friends. Had room for adults and kids to all stay together- loved it and was easy to get everywhere in Dennis or out in Yarmouth/ Harwich area

The house had plenty of space for our family to gather for a quick trip to the Cape. The house was well stocked with everything we would need to prepare meals and host was gracious enough to provide a detailed listing of nearby attractions before our arrival. I highly recommend this property.

This house is a beautiful typical Cape Cod home. Bedrooms are large as is the LR and kitchen. I can’t say much about the lanai because we were not out there at all, We had little ones and wanted to stay away from the woods. A few blips that the owner was not aware of so it was not an issue. so many games for kids and families to play. Location to everything was excellent. Corporation beach was easy access. Host was excellent to work with and very very nice. Would stay again

Alison was an amazing hostess, always available if we had questions or needed anything. The house is awesome for big groups. We only had 4 people and there was soo much unused space. She has everything you could need in the very large kitchen and the house is equipped with beach chairs, a beach cart and lots of games for the kids. The house is the perfect balance of authentic Cape Cod with all the conveniences. Be sure to learn about the history of this family home!! Thank you for helping us with great memories Alison

The house was welcoming, clean and had everything we needed. We were 8 people (grandparents, adult children and grandchildren), there was plenty of space for gathering together and for privacy.The host was very easy to communicate with while planning our stay. I’ve stayed in several VRBOs and this was by far the cleanest! The house overall is really good sized, but some areas/rooms were a bit cramped just given the age of the house and/or furniture. This house really felt like someone’s home and not just a rental, and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again if needed.
