House was generally ok, more or less in line with the pictures. However, it wasn't super clean when we arrived, dish washer wasn't working and there was a sound bar also not working. The jacuzzi was completely dirty and unusable. So we were quite disappointed with the overall care that was given to the apartment. The area is Brickell but it's at the frontier of Brickell, so the surrounding blocks of the apartment are not great.

Disappointing stay, serious cleanliness and security issuesThe house was filthy upon arrival. It was not at an acceptable standard, and we had to hire an outside cleaning person at our own expense just to get it to a usable condition. The cleaner herself said the home was in very poor cleaning condition.The grill was completely unusable due to how dirty it was. The dishwasher never worked properly. Toilets clogged repeatedly. The hot tub was not functioning and, according to the pool technician, had apparently been broken for months. Overall, maintenance was clearly lacking.A major concern was security and privacy. Multiple people (pool service, maintenance, others) had the door code and would enter the house without notice. We had teenage girls staying with us, which made this especially unacceptable.After we complained, a cleaner was sent on day one, but she was extremely impolite and also had the door code, which made us uncomfortable raising further issues until we left.Positives: the location is excellent, the pool itself was great, and the house has a lot of space. Unfortunately, given the condition, lack of maintenance, and privacy concerns, it was not worth the cost for a nearly three-week rental.
