2 special house rules in our houses:
-we have to be respectful of neighbors avoiding noise and keeping music to low level specially in the pool area and in front of the house.From 9pm to 9am noise is forbidden.
-Please refrain from cleaning make up w towels, after that towels have to be disposed ; only toilet paper down the toilets, they have small necks and clog easily.

Luxury electric vehicles available for rent during your stay with home charging included:

Pool can heated under request ; the daily fee is $35.
The house can be rented monthly during the summer for a special rate of US$18,000.00

Wonderful Family Gathering

We had a great stay. Tori and Vito were great hosts and the house had everything we needed plus lots of extras. We will definitely stay again on our next family holiday trip to Florida.

The hosts Vivienne and her husband Victor are amazing! Super helpful and responsive. So much so, that even though the master shower didn’t work, the pool heater and hot tub didn’t work and one HVAC broke- all during our stay! Yet Vivian and her husband spent hours getting or trying to get those things working again. So much so, that we still rate our stay as excellent- because they are the most kind attentive hosts I’ve ever experienced! The house is beautiful and modern, yet very cozy and comfortable at the same time. A mix that’s not easy to pull off. The hosts have it well stocked with basic supplies, which saved us from having to purchase many basics like extra rolls of toilet paper or spices. They even have a well stocked bar of mixers. We were in town for my father’s memorial service and Vivien kindly allowed us to have other family members Such as siblings and aunties stop by for meals and time for reflections and connections. The house was well laid out and we were easily able to feed ten people meals.

Great Host!

Vivian was fantastic to communicate with. She was extremely responsive and accommodated our group when we had some incoming flight delays. The house is as advertised very spacious, clean, with a great pool!

A Must Stay! Don’t overlook this Gem

The Property is more than posted! We’ve stayed at many properties this one was above our expectations. Extras you aren’t expecting. Pool floats, coffee, extra towels and high end soaps/shampoo's.Owner responded immediately when asking for local suggestions. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Miami. Don’t overlook this gem!

Fun in Coral Gables

We had a great time in Miami. Tori helped make our stay a wonderful one. Our communication was fantastic. Our 2 recommendations would be to put a step stool in the kitchen. And at times the shower hot water wasn’t good. Other than that Great stay!

As the showers go, I wished you had asked, one of the showers hot water works to the opposite direction, they are all (5 showers in the house) working from the same heater with huge capacity.. Perfect house for our family!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay! Tori is an amazing host. Communication was beyond excellent. The house is beautiful, modern and clean. 2 blocks off Miracle Mile and everything Coral Gables has to offer, so can easily walk to so many places! We are a family of six and we fit so comfortably… privacy for everyone with roomy bedrooms and baths, and a warm welcoming space downstairs to gather. Kitchen is stocked so well! I would come back in a heartbeat!!! Thank you Tori for everything!

Beautiful property in the middle of Everything!

Look no further! This is a beautiful property in the middle of EVERYTHING. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. We were in the Coral Gables area for a Women's Christian Conference and decided to extend our stay. Right off the bat the communication with Tori was excellent. She was super friendly and very accommodating. She provided accurate and awesome advise of where to shop and eat The property was beautiful and the pool was super inviting. The 4 bedrooms are all upstairs and one of the bathrooms is downstairs. There are 4 king size beds. The upstairs master bedroom has a bath with separate shower and tub. Another bedroom has a bath with shower and the 2 other bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom which was perfect for our group. The property was also well stocked for cooking and Tori also purchased a Keurig coffee pot and pods for us to use during our stay. Thank you for an awesome property.

A really nice property close to the Miracle Mile with all of its restuarants and shops

Great property. Very new and very well thought out floorplan with the latest appliances and wall mount tv's in every bedroom.
