Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This home is surrounded by open space, a boardwalk to a private park, and just minutes to the beach club, restaurants, boat house, shops and Watercolor pools. Along with the 5 bedrooms, the outdoor kitchen and dining areas, the expansive porches and privacy make this home the perfect luxurious getaway for the entire family.

55 Running Oak is 3,925 sq. ft. of stunning features including antique Chicago Brick walls, white washed Oak flooring, beautiful art, a gourmet marble kitchen featuring Thermodore and Bosch appliances, an oversized island, and a dining room table that seats ten for convenient entertaining, along with 4 additional seats at the island.

This home has no limits when it comes to extravagance and comfort. An additional carriage house located above the two car garage includes vaulted ceilings, a living room with a queen sleeper sofa and separate private King bedroom, plus a luxurious full marble bath.

We spent the week of November 19th - 26th at Sea Haven - Watercolor. The weather was beautiful for biking and walking every morning, and relaxing in the afternoon. We enjoyed eating and shopping at Seaside Square, and walks on the beach. Everything was excellent and a perfect location. Thanks for a great vacation! Hopefully we will be back!

This new, immaculate, perfectly decorated beach home makes you say "ahhh" when you walk through the front door. Restful colors, huge kitchen with ALL high end Thermador appliances, private pool/spa, white oak sanded floors, Carrera marble kitchen island and bathrooms...too much to enumerate here. We've been coming to this area for 25 years, and no other place even comes close.

House came with very little We requested to heat the pool from 360 and no one responded Only 2 parking passes golf cart barely works and very rusty Fridge has broken shelves Needs painted out aide decks jn poor shape with rotten wood We had to buy all extras like paper towels trash bags, dish soap snd dishwasher soap No parking and onlu 2 passes and thenwater color pools refused us access caise we only had 4 passes and 10 people

January 2014 Stay

See Haven was great for our "Guys Fishing Trip". There was plenty of space for large group of guys to "spread out". The expanded cable sports package made it so everyone could watch what they wanted. The extra-large grill was great for grilling a wide variety of foods. The Thermador in-cabinet coffee maker makes the single best cup of coffee I've ever had. The heated pool means no matter how cold it got, we could enjoy a swim. Depending on fishing conditions, Sea Haven's location makes it convenient to charter out of either Destin or Panama City. The concierge service means we could get help for all those things us "guys" tend to forget. We had an incredible time. We've all agreed to make this an annual trip to Sea Haven.

Perfect House for our Family!

The photos do not do this home justice. It's beyond beautiful and lovingly decorated. Pristinely clean. Comfy beds with lots of pillows.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family dinners (except for the groceries of course). Loved the location so close to Publix grocery, Camp Watercolor and a short walk or bike into Seaside. A little farther but also easy to walk/bike/ride to the Beach Club. We asked to have the pool heated so the kids enjoyed that in the evenings. Another hit was the bunk room - even my young adult kids wanted to hang out and sleep in there bc it was so comfy and cozy. The balconies all around were extra enjoyable bc there are no houses directly in front or behind - just beautiful trees. Management company was excellent, very responsive and helpful when needed. Can't say enough good things about this house and Watercolor in general. It's a truly special place and we feel very blessed to have been able to spend a week there.

I would stay here again. Golf cart was big disappointment as it didn’t work well at all when we had it and we didn’t have it for several days as the management company was trying to help work on it. And you are a good ways from the beach so long trip without it. Otherwise, house as advertised!

We absolutely loved Sea Haven! We had 4 families and the fit was perfect! The house was clean and laid out perfectly for our needs. The golf cart was a great addition as well as the bikes. Super close to the grocery store and the beach. Loved every minute in this house!!

Another fantastic stay in watercolor! Sea Haven was the perfect house for two families of 5! We all had more than enough space and after a day at the beach the pool was awesome! Highly recommend this home for consideration when planning our next visit! Aliza with 360 was incredibly attentive and responsive to all of our needs! We will refinery be using 360 again in the future.

Our 4 th family vacation to Watercolor! The house was perfect in every way for our large family! Plenty of space for all! Kitchen was magnificent - had everything we needed. Enjoyed the nice grill outside and especially the pool after our sunny days at the beach. Great to cool off in relax each afternoon. Sea Haven in Watercolor is perfect for a family and friends vacation!!! We were a group of 10 and had plenty of room and then some!!! This home is not only beautiful but a prime location and stacked with amenities!! We enjoyed the chef's kitchen and it's close proximity to Publix made the multiple "oops we forgot" trips just a quick golf cart ride away!!! The outdoor kitchen was also used a ton!!! The private pool was a great ending to each day as the kids cooled off while the adults prepared dinner and the adults enjoyed late night swims to relax after the kids were down!!! A bike ride or golf cart drive to the Watercolor Inn pool was a favorite as well as to Seaside!!! This house is comfortable, clean, and fun!! We will definitely consider staying here our next trip to Watercolor!!! Thank you for sharing it with us!!! The Lambert and Youngblood Families!!
