northern Pasadena

Inside is new, very clean & comfortable. Outside needs painting & some serious yard work, weeding. Car parking very difficult requiring driving over a curb to get to the concrete driveway. A notice from the gas company was hanging on the front door stating gas was temporarily on but owner needs to call company.I had requested an earlier check in & never heard from owner.

The yard has since been taken care of, including weeding and cleanup, and exterior painting is also in progress as part of our ongoing improvements.
