This luxury apartment is located just 650 meters from the beach, front line to Myramar Shopping Centre. Just 15 minutes to Mijas Village, 25 minutes to Marbella, 2 minutes to Fuengirola. Private and secured closed-complex, quiet and peaceful. Located in the best area, not far to many excellent restaurants for eating out, shopping, etc.

The complex has its own private pool, with a kids pool perfect for the young children, exclusive tropical gardens that children love to play around.
Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony for your own relaxation, furnished with patio table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, this place is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. Also close to many golf courses.

The rental price includes cleaning, electricity, water, bedding and towels.
Welcome Packs, Cots, High Chairs, Stairs Gate are available on request at a decent prices.

Located in a quiet area, close to the Deluxe Myramar Hotel and golf courses. Fifty meters to the well known Shopping Centre Myramar Erosky with shops and restaurants.

Fabulous apartment very well equipped

Very good location close to shops and a bus stop. Large terrace enjoying the evening Sun had a fabulous time. Thank you Fabian and Gloria great hosts .

The holiday was for 4 friends for a few days and the apartment was perfect. Really nice area with bars, restaurants and shopping centre. Nice pool area which was quiet while we were there.All enquiries were answered by the host Fabian very quickly and he kindly allowed a later check out due to a late afternoon flight.Highly recommended and we will stay again!

Beautiful Apartment

We have just returned from a 9 night stay in this lovely apartment. It had everything and more that we needed. Very spacious and huge balcony. Location was excellent for us as shopping centre across the road and beach 10 mins walk. Main centre was about 25 mins walk. Swimming pool area very clean and well kept. Very friendly people living in the apartment block who always spoke to us. Fabian is an excellent host, he allowed us to check in early and met us at the apartment to show us around and checked in with us that all was ok halfway through the week. We would definitely stay here again.

Home from Home

The apartment was as showmen in the site photos, had everything I needed for my month stay there. The reason I booked the apartment was it’s balcony, which although a little wind at times I used regularly to sit in the afternoon sun which lasted until 5.30. It location is excellent 20 mins walk and your in the town centre itself, 30mins to the marina, across the road is the Miramar shopping centre, with 160 stores, coffee shops and restaurants along with a large Carrefour Supermarket. Fabian himself couldn’t have been more helpful was only a text message away. When the coved rules changed for returninn to the UK he advised me on where to find a test centre. Thank you once again Fabian for everything. I had the relaxing break I was looking for as did my granddaughter and her boyfriend who joined me for a week of the break

Great apartment in a nice area

The apartment was as expected from the pictures. The porch is really big and it has sun in the afternoon. The area has a lot of activities suited for a stay with children; skatepark, pool, beach and playgrounds nearby.

El propietario super atento desde el primer momento, el apartamento muy limpio y las camas cómodas, muy recomendable si quieres unos días de desconexión. La piscina es bastante grande y la playa muy cerca. Si alguna vez viajo a fuengirola de nuevo, no dudaria en repetir.

Fantastisch appartement

Een heel ruim en schoon appartement waar wij met 5 volwassenen een heerlijke tijd hebben gehad. Het appartement bevindt zich in een heel mooi complex met een heerlijk zwembad en een prachtige tuin. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Great location, spotless and plenty of room. Balcony with a view.

Loved the balcony space, bedrooms nice and big with plenty of wardrobe space. Comfy beds as well. Lounge excellent and well furnished. All rooms were spotless. Excellent location being close to Miramar Supermarket and easy walking into Fuengirola. Must thank Fabian for all his help, really appreciated his efforts. No doubt we will return in the future.

Spacious apartment with 6 beds and a roofed and spacious porch. 1 min to the City Mall which has a bus stop, and 7 min to the nearest beach. 20 min walk to the City center and the best beaches and restaurants. Good communication with the caretakers before, under and after our stay. We recommend this place to other travelers.

Came here with three pals we had a great time the apartment was what it said it was clean and spacious also Maria and Fabian where very helpfull in anything I asked. The location was excellent with the shopping centre just across the road where you can stock up with everything you may need. A twenty minute walk to the hub of Fuengirola night life with a taxi back approx €7.. If I was going back to this area of Spain this would be the first place I would look for. Alan Duncan
