We are locted in a spectacular City of Lights and Palm Trees! Gated Estate in the flats of Beverly Hills,
5 minute walking distance from the hottest locations Sunset Strip ,Rodeo Dr, Santa Monica, and West Hollywood !!
This Beverly Hills Traditional Villa has 6 bedrooms 6 bathrooms. All bedrooms are luxuriously furnished with quality. The bathrooms are detailed with marbles,mirrors, and chandeliers.
The home features a dramatic hall and a huge living room that includes a 150 inch screen with a fire place and piano. A spectacular dinning room with to fit 14 people. A fully equipped modern kitchen with a beautiful view overlooking the pool and the tennis court.
We would LOVE to have you come and enjoy the inside and outside Cabanas overlooking the pool and tennis court with our beautiful weather here in Beverly Hills.
Includes a 5 car garage that is gated with beautiful greenery. And a game room with foosball, pool table, air hockey, and ping pong. No Events considered.

Great Family Beverly Hills Vacation

The home is in a great location walking distance to two fabulous restaurants. LAVO and BOA are must walk to dinner locations. Also, walkable to Mel’s Drive In Diner. Large family style dining room table seats 14 comfortably and expansive outdoor space to spread out and enjoy the weather in. Tennis Court and basketball offered additional on-site activities.

Wonderful spot for young families!

We LOVED our stay at Natalie’s home. The house is perfectly located and walkable to Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. However, you really don’t need to leave the property! With the pool, the tennis court, and the gazebo, my family ended up hosting all our friends during our visit. Natalie is very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Little touches like a full fruit basket, lots of pool towels, tennis rackets, and fully stocked bathrooms. The grandparents joined us, and it was a great setup to have them stay in the guest house. Just enough privacy for an extended family stay. This house and the hosts were my favorite ever! We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay!

My extended family and I had a wonderful Christmas vacation together in such a lovely home! There was an abundance of space - both indoor and outdoor. The fluidity of the space allowed us to gather as a group when we wanted but there were many nooks for people to spread out and not be on top of each other. The host was also unbelievable! She was very responsive and kind. Overall, an amazing time in a wonderful home.

Had a wonderful 9 day stay here with family. Perfect location. Extremely private property . Massive backyard with beautiful pool, tennis and basketball court. Also great house layout for large parties. There were 7 people and all were extremely comfortable . Owner is extremely sweet and was incredibly responsive and was a text away for any questions. Will most definitely be renting this property again. I give it 10 stars!!

Beautiful Beverly Hills home!

I decided to travel to Los Angeles with my husband a few months after our wedding. We came across this house and fell in love right away. Our stay was romantic, fun and relaxing. Decor is beautiful and luxurious. We really felt like movie stars. The location is amazing considering it's right off Sunset Boulevard. Nice walk in the neighborhood leads you to plenty of restaurants and nightlife in the most prestigious area in Beverly Hills. This house had all the amenities including a pool and tennis court. I definitely recommend this home if you chose to stay in Beverly Hills. Everything you need is at your doorstep.

Definitely will be coming back! Perfect location, extremely quiet in the best area of Los Angeles. Loved the layout of the house was very comfortable had everything I needed. Enjoyed the outside pool tennis court and patio. My family was very comfortable and felt right at home!

Why they chose this property

We wanted to be in the most exclusive and safest part of this county. We also wanted to be in the center of all the restaurants and clubs without dealing with traffic. The fact that the house is gated allowed my children to play safely (cycling, skateboard, and basketball) in the backyard. It's a very Safe neighborhood with an amazing nightlife.We have the benefits of the canyons to drive to the valley and enjoy ourselves there. We are located in between Cold water canyon and Laurel Canyon. Strategically this house is not only beautiful but is located in the best area of Beverly Hills. To our North we have the Valley. To our East we have the Sunset Strip, West Hollywood,Hollywood, and Downtown. To our South we have Santa Monica and the airport (LAX). To our West we have the amazing beaches,Rodeo Drive, and Century City. All within a walking distance or 15 minute drive.

What makes this property unique

The Tennis court is what made my Husband and I fall in love with this property, and it saved me from taking my child to the park because i had enough space for them to play basketball, ride their bikes, skateboard, and roller blades all in one area (HOME).
We bought it and remodeled it to our dream home. Living here since.
