The home is an experience with one of the best views in Los Angeles. There are several different eccentric decorations that were right up my alley. Swords, armor, and cool circular couches, it was a lot of fun staying there. However, the home is in need of a deep cleaning. Several fixtures, and corners were dusty, there were strange odors in a few places and the cabana bed looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The kitchen had well appointed appliances, but not a lot of cooking equipment, so we couldn't make a lot of varied meals and ended up eating out or just making package meals. Nice pool, great master bath, comfortable beds. I think, overall, the home is the right price for the money you pay to stay. We had a lot of family fun staying there, and waking up early, sitting and drinking a cup of coffee with that VIEW of the city, was magical. If your thinking about it, home is definitely worth a try.

This property is very unique, spacious, and cool! The views are top notch. Communication from the host was as good as it gets. There are 4 large bedrooms, each with a bathroom, with a lot of additional day beds and such through out the house. It is dog friendly. I was traveling with my older parents and the elevator to get up and down each of the 4 floors was very convenient and helpful. The decor of the home, as well as the layout, is very original and fun. There is a small pool out back on the 4th floor and plenty of space for your pup to hang out. It was also cool to hear the concerts playing at Hollywood Bowl, which is down the hill from the home. The noise wasn't loud by any means for those concerned about noise. The location is super convenient. The only things I think potential renters should know for consideration are:- Even though it's a great location, you need a car or Uber to get around. Pretty typical for LA.- The stairs can be hard for some people, but the elevator makes that a non-issue. - You do not get garage access, but there is plenty of street parking, and it's a quiet and safe neighborhood on a dead-end street. I highly recommend this home.

This house is huge and it's beautiful and the best thing about it is the view. It's very comfortable also in the backyard is gorgeous. There's a very nice pool and it's very pretty back there. The house is very close to the Hollywood bowl and convenient to any kind of shopping you want. I hate to leave because it's been wonderful here and it's very quiet place.
