This home with fully equipped kitchen and brand new appliances is ready for any resident chef. Outdoor space includes maintained lawn, deck with grill and outdoor eating space. In the northland of Kansas City with easy highway access to downtown Kansas City (18 miles), The Legends, and the stadiums. Only a 10 minute drive to Zona Rosa's shopping and dining destination. Kansas City boasts a great art culture and a destination for foodies. An owner-managed property allows for additional servicesfor long term renters like weekly grocery deliver and housekeeping to be added to a rental agreement.

Clean, quiet, peaceful, cozy, great location for Northland access directly off 435 and Skyview. Tiffany Springs shopping is a straight shot from this location. Barry Rd and Zona Rosa are minutes away. Grill and full size washer/dryer access were super convenient.

The house feels even more spacious than the pictures show. Four of us stayed here (3 adults, one child) and we didn’t feel like we were walking on top of one another. Everything you’d need is included - toaster, microwave, pots and pans, grill, washer dryer, fans for both bedrooms. Very nice accommodation in a beautiful area. We even saw deer one morning. Communication from property owner was excellent. I’d book this Vrbo again.

A PERFECT KC VACATION SPOT

This home was the perfect location for our week-long vacation in KC! It's located very close to the airport yet in a really quiet area. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and included everything we needed!

Cozy Cottage - Great place to stay

The cottage exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, easy to get to from the airport and all bedding, linens, etc. were provided. We will definitely book again on our next family visit to Kansas City, MO.

Convenient, Comfy and Clean!

We visited the area to attend a wedding in which my son was a groomsman. The location of the house was perfect for us - close to the airport, the wedding venue, and the town of Weston which we wanted to visit the following day. The house was spotless and comfortable for the four of us to sit and visit. Also close to plenty of restaurants and downtown. Wish we had better weather to enjoy the lovely deck and fire pit area out back! Very much recommend this home if you are visiting the area.

Great place nice and peaceful place

This is my second time staying here and plan on booking more in the future. This place has everything you need, close enough to nice dinning but also has a country feel to it which I really enjoy.

As business people and frequent travelers, we understand the value of having a "home" away from home when traveling. As we renovated this property we tried to take into consideration the important components we look for when renting homes: convenience, comfort and privacy are important to us so we tried to provide it for our guests in this property also.

This home features extremely easy access to KCI and is 1/4 mile from the I-435 bypass that circles Kansas City. Access to anywhere you want to go in the Kansas City region is very easy.
