Quiet & Cozy 2BR House Big Yard

This cozy private house sits on a quiet residential street. The large back deck overlooks a spacious tree lined yard over ½ acre of private space. Outdoor seating area provided. Deer and other wildlife have been spotted in the backyard.
Indoors you will find 2 private bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is one bathroom with shower and a tub. Stocked kitchen and open living area with a large smart TV. Desk and work area are located in the living room. Washer and dryer are available for use.
Baby high chair and pack and play available upon request.
There is 1 off street parking spot provided on a gravel driveway. An exterior security camera is on the front of the house near the front door. There are several concrete steps on the sidewalk leading to the front door, no interior steps.

In the backyard beyond the tree line there is a drop off and a creek. Children need to be supervised at all times in the yard as there is no fence blocking the creek.

This is an amazing little house tucked back off the main street, with an amazing yard surrounded by trees and quiet. Really cool spot for a weekend getaway, close to everything, and was a memorable week for my mom and I. Can't recommend it enough

It was a very nice place to stay. It could benefit from a deep cleaning. Otherwise, it was very nice. I liked the location for our trip to KC. It was close to all the events we were going to. I would absolutely stay there again.

Cute Little House Close to Everything

The house was just as described and the owner was very easy to communicate with. We were in town for a work trip and wanted a house instead of a hotel. This home was perfect for our needs! It was clean, neighborhood was quiet, lots of stores just around the corner and we had everything we needed. We especially loved the private back yard and deck!

Online pics make the listing look bigger than it actually is but it was definitely "cozy"! The property sits behind another home (like in the back yard) so that was a little unusual but the neighbors were friendly. The dimmer switch in the living room didnt work, nor the ceiling fan so the lighting was either on or off but there were multiple light switches so you could adjust it a little. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would do it again. Parking should be addressed, though, as it is very limited if your group is in more than 1 vehicle.

McBride Family Reunion in KC location really very good! Our older cousicame by to visit b

No problem except one oldest cousin was hard of hearing and she parked in a parking spot I guess was reserved. We asked her not to but … just stayed an hour. The home was stylishly decorated and fully accommodating! Loved the cookies left for us. The photo of the front door showed no steps and my sister is not fully able to walk on uneven steps or stairways. We didn’t realize the walk to the rear apartment. But it was very gentle walk rise and fall so she didn’t have hardly any problem. Loved the place and so very nice!

We live just blocks from Sweet in the city. We love the neighborhood, it's quiet everyone is very friendly. When we saw this house come for sale we knew it was just the right property. Our favorite part is the huge backyard. Our kids love to go out and look for deer in the backyard by the creek.
