The pool was heated and so comfortable. The bar was a plus for our family. The room was overlooking the pool and ocean. Couldn’t have asked for a better spring break. Thank you very much.

Our condo was wonderful! The beds were very soft uncomfortable. The view was wonderful. The bathrooms were spacious, could use some updates, but very functional. We had an issue with a garbage can not having a lid in the kitchen and they brought that up very quickly. I did have a hard time getting in contact with someone when we wanted to extend our stay before we arrived on property, hopefully that issue will be fixed in the future. There was an issue with some new rule that did not allow us to use the tiki bar and restaurant and the second pool on the property. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do about it because it was a brand new change.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful views and found the condo spacious and comfortable overall. We're also glad our team was able to quickly resolve the issue with the kitchen garbage can during your stay. We appreciate your comments regarding the bathrooms and your experience reaching us before arrival about extending your stay. Guest communication is very important to us, and we'll review this feedback with our team as we continue working to improve our service. We also understand your disappointment regarding the recent changes to access for certain resort amenities. As you noted, this was a new policy implemented by the property and unfortunately was outside of our control. We strive to keep guests informed of any changes that may impact their stay and appreciate your understanding during this transition. Thank you again for staying with us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another enjoyable vacation in the future.
