Built in 1985 and renovated in 2024, this modern retreat offers the perfect blend of classic charm and contemporary upgrades.

The home features a beautiful deck with cable rail and plenty of space for dining, a fire pit for evening gatherings, a foosball table, a basketball arcade, and even an outdoor basketball hoop.

After an exciting day of skiing, hiking, biking, playing golf or exploring, prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

The thoughtfully designed space invites you to relax and soak in the stunning views of Bryce Mountain.

As the day draws to a close, gather around the fire pit in the Adirondack chairs for s’mores and storytelling, or unwind on the spacious back deck, which offers ample seating for reading or stargazing.

We can’t wait to host you at this peaceful mountain escape!

Very Relaxing Stay

This property is a great getaway tucked in the trees. It has a ton of space and games for the family to spend most of their time around the property. The local brewery was a neat, small spot, but unless you golf or mountain bike there isn’t much around. We enjoyed our time reconnecting and the house was perfect for that!

We had a wonderful time with our adult children staying at this beautiful home. The upgrades were excellent and the view spectacular. Particularly loved the basement game room. 10/10
