The apartment had a view of the ocean and a lot of space. The bathrooms and kitchen had everything we needed and it is within walking distance to everything. They included a parking spot in the basement, which is a huge plus in this area because parking is difficult. It was a great stay.
Excellent location! Loved our stay here. Great kitchen and living space.

Excellent location—everything in the Waikīkī area is easily walkable from the rental. It’s just two blocks from Waikīkī Beach, making it a perfect spot for families. We were fortunate to have a parking space available during our stay, and the host was kind enough to let us use it at no extra charge. That was especially helpful with little kids. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely stay here again on our next visit.
The best location for walking and going to the beach. Everything was convenient. Public transportation was also very easy. The condo was perfect! I am already recommending it to all my friends and co workers
The condo location is perfect, in the mid section Wakiki where everything is within walking distance. The condo setup is also perfect for a family of 4, where kids have their own space. We enjoyed the stay. A home away from home.
Me and my family stood here for five days and had a great time! The host was accommodating during our trip and the property was updated and clean! There are phenomenal food options right outside your door here. We plan to stay here again!
It was a great location, no car needed. It was clean and there were all the utensils needed to cook. Extra beach towels and chairs. It was a secure place that only people staying there can get in.
We had to leave after 2 nights. The road noise was too much. The jalousie windows do not close completely leaving a gap allowing bugs, and noise to enter. The laundry is not inside the unit but shared on the same floor with others. The host did provide a payment card to use. The place is dirty. White socks turned black while walking on floor. Under the beds is gross. We asked for a refund and we received it. The host was slow to send check in info and hard to get a hold of when we were trying to leave the unit.
Perfect home base to relax and cool down with separate spaces for us and our daughter and her boyfriend. (It was hard to find 2-bedroom/2 bathroom in this location.) Everything in walking distance. Secure location also. Nice to have the beach chairs too! We had a fabulous time! The host was available and answered all of our calls when needed.
Great location in Waikiki. We went back for a family funeral with my dad and my 2 young adult children. The condo was perfect for us where everyone got their own bed. The only downside was that parking was not included. Luckily having grown up in Honolulu I was fine with looking for parking and knowing where to go to find parking. A true visitor might get frustrated with this aspect. But if you just stay in Waikiki and/or use a ride service, you can't beat the location.
The condo was fine. Solid safe location a couple blocks from the over crowded Waikīkī beach. Plenty of options for food and drink around. Absolutely fantastic Poke place across the street. Korean bbq place around the corner was awesome as well. The condo had everything we needed and the host communicated well. She even provided us with breakfast items as a welcome gift. We were able to utilize under building parking for our scooters.Minor issues:Master bath shower is a bit weird being a small corner shower and has some leak/drip points that aren’t quite sealed. Dishwasher was odd but decided to just hand wash after the first attempt. Not great- Silk leopard print sheets. Community space - Elevator kept changing out having a nasty moving blanket curtain on the walls or without. That curtain needs burned with fire. Our lone BIG Issue: outside road noise. Legacy louvered windows that don’t quite seal. Probably installed prior to a lot of the buildup around the building. Using ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones or AirPods is an absolute must. Especially, Saturday night as it gets pretty rowdy on the road with the locals motorcycle and car exhaust noise even on the 11th floor.I’d probably give the place 3.5-4 stars but the noise was enough to drop 1, potentially 1.5 stars off the 4. When I’m on vacation, I want to rest well. Tough to do when you’re a light sleeper in a strange place. Unit was on the market during our rental. Disclose this prior to renting it out.
First off I want to say the location is fantastic. Now the not so good.Five of us spent 22 hours traveling to spend 9 days in Waikiki, I had messaged the host right when we landed since we didn’t have any instructions on how to get in. One hour passed and we were sitting out front, I contacted VRBO, spent 45 minutes on the phone until they could patch the host on, she said that she would be there in 20. Another 30 minutes later I called VRBO, I explained to the host we just want to get settled in, not a meet and greet. This became a little frustrating as I have never had to interact with a host to get settled in.The counters had a thin layer of drywall dust, we cleaned them and drove on, the first morning we went to make coffee there was physical drywall chunks in the k-cup spot. The tile shower had tons of soap scum throughout and bits of black mold. The host reached out to me and I mentioned all this, she mentioned there could be a cleaner come by, i told her we wiped down the counters and only had a few more days I’d rather not have a cleaner come in while we are on vacation. That’s something that should be done prior. The laundry, this is on a payment card, it’s not included. On checkout, the host wanted to meet us at the location before we left. This didn’t happen. The one text from the host, “Why did you wait over an hour to check in?” struck a nerve. Phone logs and messages don’t lie. Take as you will, great location but unorthodox communication.
The location is perfection. The host was extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. Although an older property, it bright and well-equipped. I would stay here again.
Aloha I am Paradise! I am from Ohio and now soaking up the sun in beautiful Hawaii.
After a few adventurous years in Vail, Colorado, I traded the snow for the sun, and I could not be happier.
