The location is unbeatable—close to shopping, dining, and iconic attractions like the Wright Brothers Memorial and Avalon Fishing Pier, ensuring endless activities for the whole family on your Outer Banks vacation.
Inside, the open and airy living room flows into the outdoor deck, perfect for relaxing in the sun or savoring your morning coffee while curled up with a good book in one of the Adirondack chairs. The updated kitchen comes fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare meals anytime you like. After a day of exploring the OBX, retreat to one of the cozy queen bedrooms, each furnished with beach-inspired décor and offering plenty of space to unwind. And if you're not quite ready to head indoors, head to the carport beneath the house where you'll find ample seating and one of two gas firepits to enjoy under the stars!

Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

This house was absolutely perfect for our vacation! It was beautifully updated, spotless, and had everything we needed. The amenities were top-notch—comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and even little extras that made it feel like home. The location was ideal—close to the beach, shops and restaurants but still peaceful and relaxing. The check in and out process was so convenient and easy as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would definitely stay here again!!
