Host was very responsive. Properly is two blocks from the beach and an easy walk. House easily accommodated our group of 7 women. Plenty of porch space to enjoy morning coffee or evening happy hour. The house could use a few updates and is showing its age.

Check in was super easy. The kitchen is well equipped. The AC worked great. We would definitely stay here again, if given the opportunity. The beach is about 2 blocks. The house is within walking distance of lots of things to do.

The house is exactly as billed and was comfortable for the family group we had staying there. This was our overflow for a larger house we rented and was a great choice.

Fantastic

Fantastic location, short walk to an access to the beach. Great setup to accommodate all my family. Great kitchen so we could cook together every night. We definitely were sad to leave.

Times beach house was very nice. Tim was very responsive with all of my questions. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in and we would rent the house again in the future.

Overall this was a nice place to stay. My only complaint was the cockroaches that scared the living daylights out of us in the kitchen at night! However, I never saw any other bugs in the rest of the house.

Just perfect

The stay was amazing. Easy booking process. Owner was more than accommodating. The house was clean and in good condition with 5 rooms each with a TV. The house could comfortable sleep 3-5 small families. Beach access a short walk were we saw dolphins just off shore. Just don’t forget to bring or rent linens. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect for families

We had a family wedding in the area, this home was perfect everyone had their own room and bathroom which was wonderful. It was close to everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and the porches were great for sunrise and sunset watching. There was a small hole in one of the doors upon arrival and it was fixed within the day. The owners were very responsive. We would not hesitate to come back here or recommend it.

Very enjoyable time

We loved the house and all the room in it. My husband and three children (15, 13, 9) stayed all week with me. Three friends spent one night and my daughter and husband with two babies spent two nights. There was plenty of room to spread out. The kids liked the basketball hoop and being able to walk to the beach. We were near shops and grocery stores and restaurants so it was really convenient. We were able relax and enjoy our vacation. Thanks so much.

Great house

We loved the set up of this house. The kids enjoyed the loft area and the basketball hoop especially. The neighborhood was great though we decided that the beach felt too crowded and we drove to Kitty Hawk. However, we couldn't have asked for better access to grocery stores and a good neighborhood for running.

Great house and location

The house was clean and it looked just like the pictures. Tim is great! He helped me get the reservation set up and contacted when I had a question right away. This is our second stay at this house. Highly recommend.

Family vacation at the Beach

The house is great! Close to the beach. Any kind of stores you will need are close by. Plenty of room for everyone! 1 tip: when the owner says you will get starters of toilet paper and paper towels, take them at their word. Bring some with you!
