Great apartment close to central Salem. Parking was very easy, loads of spaces in the street and it's really safe. Recommend for a stay in Salem!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is cute, very clean, and we felt very safe. It was an easy walk to restaurants and attractions. There was one small issue that came up and the owner was very prompt with response and sending somebody out to look at the concern. We will definitely stay here again.

Amenities were lacking in many ways…lacked suitable pans for cooking and basics like salt and pepper. Bedrooms were cold due to drafts around windows with air conditioners and a drafty door. No extra blankets or quilts. Sliding shower door not on tracks properly. When dishwasher was turned on it started leaking soap.

They were very responsive to our questions. The place was very clean and not a bad location. It’s a bit of a walk, but there is a great bike path most of the way!

The apartment was beautifully kept. Everything was very clean and overall was very comfortable. It was a 20 minute walk to all of the attractions, and the coffee shop a couple blocks away was our favorite breakfast spot. I would highly recommend this property for future stays!

Honestly, don’t book this stay unless you’re looking for a five nights at Freddy’s level experience. Neighbors above us had quite the drug or anger issues. Woken up at 3:00am and carrying on to the early hours of the day, we heard screaming, fighting, banging, glass shattering just above us. Uttering threats, men running in and out of the house, everything. All also just outside of our shared old wooden door that could absolutely be broken with one full body check. We didn’t feel safe. Also take into account we were two 21 year old women. Pulled knives out of the kitchen knife block incase we needed them. I spent awhile trying to get ahold of the host for a refund, but it’s been about 7 weeks and have been entirely ghosted. No response regarding the refund, just only an apology for the behavior of his tenant upstairs. Would not recommend this place. What a shame.

Great location and had a perfect charm to it fitting for Salem if you are visiting. Next to a really pretty trail that takes you straight to Essex and the main area. We never had to uber which was amazing. Couldn’t have gotten anything better for this price!!
