Beach chairs and mats are provided, allowing you to travel light and relax in the sun. The apartment is on the second floor; stairs are required.

This was a great place for my family and I to stay as we explored the area. The host was great answering any questions we had promptly. They had anything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We loved that they had everything we needed for the beach, allowing us to pack light. A great place to stay that we will definitely book again!

Lovely older home. Looking things up, I found the home to have a lot of good history as well. If we ever get back in the New England area again, we would definitely be returning to this home.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Mark is a fantastic host, the home is roomy and comfortable, and the location is ideal. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to explore Hamilton and the surrounding towns.

A very spacious comfortable apartment. Plenty of room. Stairs are a little steep so not handicap friendly and can never be. Route 1A is a little busy especially for the morning commute but neighborhood seems safe and there is a lovely yard. If you want to lock the outside door you have to use the key. Any needs or wants are addressed immediately Not that there were many.

I rented this unit mostly due to the close proximity to my son’s house. We really were only in the apartment to have breakfast and sleep. I will say I knew it was an upstairs unit… but you can’t really appreciate how steep the steps are until your at the bottom looking up… my husband and I managed ok… but did have a couple close calls. If you have any mobility issues this apartment is not for you. The kitchen truly is fully stocked and the rooms are all very spacious. It definitely fit the bill for what we needed!

This was an older New England home with all the character one has. The property had all the things a home could possibly need. Kitchen, bathroom all fully stocked with necessities. Amenities available such as washer, dryer, games, chairs etc. A banana bread was left by the host which was a cute touch. The home was clean & comfortable. Thanks for hosting a great stay.
