Hands down the cleanest property I have ever stayed in and felt right at home. The views were spectacular. There was only one thing no hot water in the kitchen not sure of that was on purpose or not. Otherwise had hot water everywhere else in the condo. Short walk to groceries, ice cream, several restaurants, and coconut market. Also centrally located on the island so very easy drives to anywhere you want to go!

Great Location

The Waipouli Beach Resort is an awesome spot. It’s central location allows easy travel to both north and south sides of the island. And the pool makes for a great home base to swim and chill with all ages.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! Great layout- was perfect for our family with kids, but also would be a great setup for 2 couples. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, and 3 bathrooms really make this such a convenient setup. The views are wonderful and listening to the ocean waves from the balcony immediately puts you in vacation mode. This location on the island is also perfect if you’re wanting to explore. You can easily drive to either side of the island from here. But if you want to stay put there’s also tons to do in this area! We walked to downtown Kapaa for the Art Walk, and the trail goes forever from there, so you could keep walking along the ocean for days. You can also walk just across the street for groceries, coffee, ice cream, and shaved ice. And the spa on property was surprisingly great. Not overly “high end” as spas go, but I had the best massage of my life here! Our kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed morning and evening beach walks, seeing the monk seal who seems to live on this beach, and watching some turtles float in the waves. This is a really great property. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacay

We had a great stay at this location. We had a small minor issue when we first arrived but they were very prompt on helping us solve the problem. Views were incredible, pool was amazing. We will be coming back to this location in the future!
