Amazing view from the room. Easy access to the beach and my kids enjoyed the provided beach toys. Check in process was easy and loved having laundry room right next to room. Pool is off site but a quick 2 minute walk and well maintained. Host was very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely recommend this place.

The location is premium! We had a beautiful and comfortable stay. We did drive and one of the best part of our stay was the assigned parking spot. It was easy access to everywhere we went. There are fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The views and access to the ocean is right out the door. We life in Oklahoma and do hope to stay in this location again. The Deals

We struggled with the internet and connection to wifi. We were in communication back and forth with the host both personally and third party. They were helpful to try and find resolution and were very quick to reply with follow up to the resolution; which was appreciated!

The condo paid every attention to detail, was spotless and most comfortable. The view spectacular. The master bathtub is next to the master bed and part of the open master bedroom with no privacy door. It allowed for soaking while having an incredible beach and fireplace view. There are 2 Dyson fans to allow for air circulation as the complex is not air conditioned. Leaving the doors open with the fan works perfect. You can sleep with the ocean sounds and fresh cool breeze. Matthew is prompt and very hospitable. He made us feel like family. Would highly, highly recommend this stay. You will not be disappointed.

Pacific Beach trip

Beautiful stay, very easy check-in process, spacious condo for our group. Great location, walking distance to good restaurants, cafes, shopping. Very easy to get in touch with the host for any questions.The condo has been very nicely renovated, so it’s very comfortable and has a gorgeous view. One of the bathrooms is very much a part of the main bedroom, with no separation from the bath tub to the bedroom, just to be mindful if you have many people and need the privacy. The garage space is also a little tight, if you have a larger vehicle it may be more difficult getting through the garage.Overall beautiful stay, would happily rent here again.

Property was spotless and the best location. Beds were extremely comfortable, we all slept great. Communication was prompt but processing the payment was a pain - that being said it did finally go through. It was great having chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Note there is no air conditioning, but opening the patio doors and the front door provides a cross breeze that cools the unit down. Happy there was a metal locking screen door we could leave open at night to help cool the back bedroom. Would recommend and hope to stay there again. Thank you!
