Welcome to our brand new construction home, located just minutes away from the bustling downtown area and major highways. Our open floor plan is perfect for families and groups, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The backyard is great for outdoor gatherings, and the end street location provides a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Plus, with the woods across the street, you'll enjoy added privacy during your stay. Though we don’t mind you smoking outside please do not smoke inside.

House was left fine, except all pictures that were hanging were left on the floor leaning against the wall… wouldn’t be a big deal except the nails or 3M hangers were not there anymore for several areas. Not the worst thing that’s happened to my rental, but pretty aggravating to have to spend a couple hours rehanging all the pictures

This rental was exactly like the pictures !! Very clean and nice !! Has everything you may need. Walmart was 7 minutes down the road , downtown Nashville was close . Great place to stay!! Will be coming back to this place to stay !!!

We stayed for 2 nights and the house was great to access both downtown Nashville and the Opry area. Since it was a short stay it was very nice that they had toilet paper, paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee and sweetener provided so we didn’t have to buy those items. I was worried our group may not like not being within walking distance to downtown Nashville but they overwhelming said they preferred this home over our hotel stays near Broadway on prior trips. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had during our stay.
