This property is perfect! We were so happy we chose this rental. It was super clean, comfy beds and had everything we needed. Our only thing all the women wished it had, was a full length mirror. Thanks for a great stay!

This was the most amazing house — a well constructed, beautiful home. High ceilings, room to spare, tons of beds (so that even if we had more people, everyone could have gotten their own bed), and great furniture. Everything matched here (for example, the kitchen was not a lot of mismatched junk, but instead all of the same silverware, plates, coffee cups, utensils, etc.). The hosts were spectacular in helping us enjoy this truly first class, well appointed property. The difference between staying in this totally relaxing space versus a frenetic busy hotel is hard to overstate.We will be back!

Perfect for our group!

The house was great, clean and plenty of space. The ride to Broadway was quick and the area where the house is located was quiet and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Getaway!

We had such an amazing time in this beautiful house. Everything was clean, home contained everything we needed to be comfortable, and it was close to downtown Nashville, which made it easy to get around. We’d love to stay here again!

Great property, very spacious and clean. Centrally located to quickly reach many areas of interest. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The host is very responsive, we had one minor issue and it was quickly and easily fixed without any disruption to us. Property is in a good location where Uber rates are inexpensive making it easy to get downtown without having to drive your car and pay for parking. Close to expressway but still a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute & Spacious

We had a wonderful stay here! Super close to downtown and convenient to grocery stores, etc. to stock up for the trip. It is located in the cutest courtyard, was nicely decorated, and plenty big enough for our group of 9! Hosts were super responsive and friendly.

Perfect Bachelorette Party Spot!

We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette party and it was fabulous! Extremely spacious, clean, and easy Uber ride to all the fun bars and restaurants.

Graduation stay

Great Place to Stay

We stayed here as a family for our Spring Break this year. The house was even better than pictured and was immaculately clean! Henry was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had.
