All Season Lake Front Getaway!

3 Acre Property Lake Front Apartment. We are 12 miles from Vermont, 22 miles from Saratoga, 40 miles from Albany, and 3.5 hours from New York City.

Apartment is ground floor and has one bedroom unit with full bathroom and private access. Gym/work room has murphy bed. Living room has updated sofas and recliners. Kitchen has all new appliances, including new stove/oven, Keurig coffee machine, and air fryer oven. You will be staying in your own private apartment that sits on Washington County-Lake Lauderdale Park.

Amazing. Hosts are super friendly, John especially is really interesting to talk to. It was immaculately clean and had everything I needed. Nice fluffy towels, comfy furniture, well stocked kitchen. The washer was a nice perk. The location itself is very rustic and rural which is nice and peaceful. Bit of noise from the hosts living upstairs but nothing crazy. Would definitely go back! Thank you!!

Excellent stay with John as the host. Perfect for me and my spouse. The puppies also had a great time with the big yard leading to the lake. Lots of wildlife also (birds, wood ducks, bald eagle, etc). When we make a return trip to the area we will definitely lease again. Host was excellent with communication, helpfulness.

Perfect location to get to nearby areas including VT. Right on the water so the evenings and mornings were enjoyable sitting on patio with the lake view.

We had a great stay at John's property. It was set up very well and had everything we needed for a great week. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was great. I would highly recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in this area.
