Welcome to your private getaway!
Spacious 4,000 sq ft waterfront home (3 floors, 4 bd/4 ba) on 4 acres of land just 5 minutes from the Sagamore Bridge. Sleeps up to 15 with large comfy couches w/air mattresses for extra sleep space. Enjoy a huge backyard, a private lake, the fire pit, and if you're interested, our friendly barn animals—alpacas, goats, and chickens (separate structure ~100 yards away - completely optional!)
Perfect for large group getaways. Secluded from neighbors with easy access to Cape Cod and only 1hr to Boston.
Additional amenities include private lake with kayaks and water trampoline, a massive backyard with a fire pit, comfy deck furniture and tables, a home gym, jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a telescope for star gazing (the stars here are AMAZING). We also have a completely separate barn structure about 100 yards away if you'd like to come pet our goats, alpacas, or meet our chickens! Please note this is completely optional and there is no obligation to meet or to feed the animals, as we will have a caretaker for this - but if you love animals, this is definitely a huge plus.
