About this property

Beautiful Lakefront Luxury!

4 Bedrooms (all1st floor), 4 Baths, Bar area, 800 sq. foot rec room upstairs that sleeps 8-10 with big screen TV, Netflix ready, electric fireplace, kitchenette and full bath with shower. WIFI. 2 wood burning fireplaces inside, Screen Porch with wood burning fireplace, firepit at the lakeside, wood is provided. Gourmet Kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, Wolf 6-burner range, dishwasher and open concept to view the lake or talk with others. Steam shower in master bathroom. Air conditioning. Large outdoor patio table and picnic table. House is 40 feet from the lakefront (no stairs) with 160 foot pier for docking your boat on 550 acre all sport Magician Lake. 2 wave runner lifts and one boat hoist (rated up to 3000 lbs.) is available for your speedboat. Sandy area for children to play, lake is shallow in swimming area, and usually very warm.
House sleeps 18-20+, up to 16 can easily sit at large farm table for family dinners and games.

We are pet friendly (I don't go anywhere without my dog) and do not require a pet deposit. However if your at does damage or soils carpet or furniture, cleaning or repairs may be deducted from your security deposit. Lake is great for dogs who like to swim.

This is a very family friendly location, ideal for reunions and special occasions. The house is professionally cleaned between each guest and we make updates and repairs on a regular basis.

Cancellation Policy: If you make a reservation and must cancel, I will refund 100% of your money providing I can re-rent the dates you had reserved. I am usually 100% booked in the summer, mostly with returning guests, and have a waiting list at times, so typically with enough notice, it is not a problem. I am sorry, I cannot refund last minute cancellations unless I can find another renter.

Great place. Very comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, and it’s right on the lake. The dock is nice for parking any boats. The public Marina too far away. Space for parking was adequate. Everything we needed to make meals ourselves.

Perfectly perfect! The space was just right for our extended family and I watched with joy as many meals were prepared by our sons and their wives! The children especially loved the sand and water areas. Our grand daughters both cried as we left, begging to return! Jeanne was wonderful and dealt with our questions immediately. The only thing that would have made this week better would have been if it was TWO weeks! Many thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Large Family Vacation

The pictures don’t do it justice! We rented this house for our large family vacation and it was great! There was plenty of space for everyone to stay and the kitchen/living room area was perfect for whole family gatherings. Plus the “apartment” as our big kids called it, over the garage was a great space to put all the big kids where they could hangout together. They had everything they needed up there, so it was a good escape for them. And the yard was amazing. It was right on the water, had plenty of tree coverage and the small sand area was fun for the kids. The water was shallow enough that the little kids could easily play in it but we’re still able to jump in at the end of the pier. Also the owner was great! She answered all our questions and responded to any problems we had right away. We will definitely be staying here again!

Fabulous location and spot on the lake

Plenty of beds for our family of 8 to spread out for the few nights that my 5 kids would be there. Great neighbors. We ate all meals outside on picnic tables and kept drinks outside since it was lovely area and also to avoid a mess inside the house. Didnt love the sand area by beach only because it drags alot of sand inside and I found myself vacuuming and mopping each day. But small kids would love this area. Home could use some updates and painting but overall it is very cozy and functional. I would definitely be aware of check out times and making sure you remove linens and put clean linens back on beds. I really don't think the pictures online do it justice. The home is much nicer than the pics. We loved the screen in porch since it kept all of the bugs outside. And it allowed us to play some fun games and enough room to hold 10 people around the table comfortably. Also the beach in the water is a nice hard sand. Many areas on this lake are muddy in the water and hard to walk inside the water. This area of lake has excellent quality of sand and you can easily walk out to end of pier. Great spot on the lake.

Outstanding experience

Jeanne was absolutely delightful. Any questions or concerns she answered quickly. The house and property was magnificent. Everything worked like it was supposed to including the many fireplaces. The steam shower was great. Overall a wonderful time and would recommend to family and friends .

This property has been completely rebuilt from the ground up in the last 8 years. It is light, airy, built for comfort, privacy and entertaining. Kitchen is open plan for those who love to cook and eat. Several families can comfortably enjoy this home together. Enjoy water sports on the lake which has no resorts, only private homes.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful patio with large wood table, grill, ping pong table is nice on the patio. Fire pit just feet from the water. Sandy beach area for kids to play. Great fishing from the pier and from your boat. Bass, trout, walleye, etc. There are boat marinas for rental in the area:Lake Effect Power Sports or Sister Lakes Marine.
