Great location to Magician Lake. Fun access with our canoes...easily entered off the dock. Properly was very clean and you can tell it was newly updated. Highly recommend.

We had a perfect vacation staying at Kevin’s property! His house was exactly like the listing and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, there was a tv for the kids in every room, there was plenty of utensils and pots and pans to cook inside and a grill to cook outside. He had board games to play with and had firewood stacked outside for us to burn. His home is decorated so cute and was just so cozy and comfortable. A HUGE bonus was that we were able to bring our dog! We also rented his pontoon and had fun exploring Magician Lake and hanging out at the sandbar. Kevin was super helpful and answered all my questions right away. I highly recommend booking with Kevin and we hope to come back again ourselves soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home on Magician Lake! The house is adorable, super clean, cozy and had everything we needed! The deck and fire pit area are great for a morning coffee, evening hangouts, and for the kids to run around. It was so convenient to have a guest dock available for our boat. We spent most of our time out on the lake! Magician lake is beautiful and SO CLEAN! We will absolutely stay here again!

Cute house - great stay

We had a great stay at this house. It’s super cute and inviting. The patio / fire pit is great for evening hang outs. Kevin is very responsive to all inquires. I would definitely recommend renting a boat as there is no public access outside the launch ramp area on magician. And they do offer a dock spot to make it easy.

The home was cute with nice amenities. Our two biggest issues were the fact that the house is not on the water. The photos make it appear on the water when in fact there is a house in front of it. The walk up/down to the water is extremely steep and NOT doable for someone with any kind of physical challenges.Our second issue was thenoise from the inside a/c unit. We had to continuously change the TV volume from level 25 to level 37 when the a/c was running. It was very annoying. It was often hard to talk to each other.Additionally the water pressure in the shower was very poor and the smell of the well water was unpleasant.

We're sorry to hear the home was short of your expectations. The home is on the inlet with 2 docks directly on the water. The home is on top of the hill. We did add steps for ease, most just walk the grade. VRBO gives the option of exact location or approximate, or property is exact and the photos are accurate. The home was renovated in 2024/25. The AC is central,not window. Central air on hot summer nights was an easy choice. The well and pump is also brand new and tested. Thank you for your response. The shower head filter was changed (overdue) and we starve to make sure our guests are comfortable, especially after a long day on Magician Lake!

Such a cute, well-kept home just steps away from the water. Very clean, had everything we needed for our stay. The host was accommodating and available when we had to contact them. There was a glitch in the vrbo system and he immediately texted me with his personal contact information just incase we needed something. We enjoyed our stay!
