This place is an excellent spot to rest for the night. They provided exactly what we needed. Despite the active street work in the quiet neighborhood, it was a lucky find to have this stay right next to the highway.
I reserved the Redlands retreat for a lady friend who was very pleased with overall experience which make myself very please. Thank youDietrich Canterberry
This was a very nice place to stay. It’s was close to Downtown and lots of store. We even got to see the tree lighting ceremony. Redlands is a very cute town. We had an early Thanksgiving and my Mom’s birthday party. I would definitely stay there again.
Amenities were great! We were able to squeeze in seven people for the stay. Being so close to downtown was very convenient, especially having a Trder Joe’s nearby. Thank you for having me and my friends!
Great location, helpful host, clean and comfortable. Check in was simple and easy. 10/10 would stay here again! This sweet little home was a welcome and quiet respite during a week's worth of helping care for an aging parent. The beds were comfortable (although we found the pillows disappointedly flat). The bathrooms were clean and well lit. The showers both had plenty of warm water and good water pressure. Large closets. The kitchen while stocked with most of the essentials was short on bowls and cutting boards. The host is responsive and polite. One of the smoke detector's battery was low and was beeping our first night there. We told the host about this and one other problem and a handyman was sent to fix the issues the very next day. Thanks for a great stay Ash!
Ash is a very responsive host. The house was perfect for our needs. We had a toddler, so once we rearranged any breakables up and out of the way, he could explore and play without worry. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have family meals with 8 people. Bedrooms and bathrooms also stocked with basics. The location is not necessarily 'scenic' as you are in an area next to the freeway and an electric substation but it is very close to downtown and walkable. It was quiet indoors. Nice large fenced yard for kids or dogs. We would stay there again.
Family Digs for graduation attendance at Loma Linda
Thoroughly enjoyed the location of this property, it’s in a quiet part of the neighborhood despite being proximal to major amenities! It was also close to freeway exits which made our commute easier. Appreciated the ease of communication with Ash, he was very responsive even though it was a long weekend. Thank you for helping us in enjoying the celebration of our daughter’s graduation.
We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was clean and conveniently located.. Everything we needed was already provided. Paper products, detergent.. We thought that two of the bedrooms would have two queen beds in them but they didn’t. We were still able to sleep five adults comfortably. If you’re looking for a cozy, clean home for an extended stay, this is your best choice!
We had a good stay and it fit our needs. The listing is accurate. However, we wish we had known a few things so we will share them here so that future renters knows what you are getting:* This is a less-ideal part of Redlands. It's right next to the freeway (noisy especially for the back bedroom) and the neighborhood is mostly lite industrial with car repair shops, construction contractors, and church/community buildings. Not bad in any way and it felt safe...but it's just not your usual residential neighborhood by any means.* This is property that seems to have been renovated to become a rental property. The pictures look nice!...but it was pretty obviously redone with the cheapest possible finishes. There's nothing wrong with that. It's just not as nice as it looks in the photos in our opinion.Again, we had a good stay and the listing was accurate.
This house is so much more than the cute little picture shows. The rooms are all spacious and clean. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. All necessities in kitchen and bathroom were good quality and functional. Beds and linens were comfortable. Parking is abundant and safe. The front yard was green and mowed with lots of running room for my dog. We could walk to Downtown Redlands and to a shopping mall. The location was fabulous. The biggest complement that I want to give is Ash was extremely easy to talk to by text. First I asked him to be sure the floors were super clean since we had a baby with us. He was more than accommodating with making sure the floors were spotless. I also texted him a few more times with other questions and he responded to me within minutes. This guy is friendly and amazing. I'd return to this house again if I'm in the area.
We drove up and thought we had the address wrong because it looked so different from the pictures. Dead grass, no foliage at all, trash on the entryway. I had received no communication from the owner prior to my arrival date and texted when I arrived. Two hours later he texted back saying he was very sick. I started a claim with VRBO because the property was so different than I expected. When I let the owner know he was suddenly not too sick to engage with me with excuses about the property. We checked into a hotel.
