Keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher im Mietpreis. Kein Hinweis darauf gefunden. Küchenausrüstung spartanisch. TV nur ital. Programme. Internet schwach, zeitweise nicht nutzbar.

Grazie per aver dato una recensione sulla mia casa, ma ritengo opportuno precisare ove si afferma: - che non sono stati trovati riferimenti su VRBO per il pagamento delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani, questo era stato verificato assieme all’ospite nel computer; in ogni caso voglio precisare che questo è riscontrabile su: Proprietà- Norme e politiche- Regole della casa: 1ª regola Pulizia finale 60,00 euro. 2ª regola La biancheria è portata dagli ospiti, oppure fornita: le lenzuola 10,00 euro a persona, gli asciugamani 10,00 euro a persona, per tutto il periodo. 3ª regola …………………………………….. -La cucina è arredata per il normale vivere quotidiano di 4/5 persone, -il segnale Wi-Fi è buono poiché l’arrivo è a banda larga, poi può essere che in determinati momenti non sia ottimale ma questo è normale ovunque. Sarò sempre felice di accogliere Winfried e la sua famiglia.

très bonne

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire qui est très gentil et aimable, la maison est très jolie et très propre, la description de la maison correspond bien je recommanderais cette location à un ami et surtout j'y retournerais avec ma famille avec un très grand plaisir, en ce qui concerne les restaurants Orosei en compte beaucoup et pour tous les goûts, et les plages de Orosei sont très belles et à côté de la maison Un grand merci à Monsieur Frau de nous avoir si bien acceuillis

Villa auf dem Dorf

Wir (zwei Erwachsene, 1Kind, 15J.) waren im Juli 2012 für zwei Wochen in Orosei. Das Appartement entsprach genau der Beschreibung, auch die Bilder und Angaben im Online-Inserat trafen zu. Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen. Er fuhr uns gleich am ersten Tag durch den Ort und zum Strand, um uns alles Wichtige zu zeigen.Das Appartement ist großzügig geschnitten und war sauber und ordentlich. Der Garten und das Haus waren sehr gepflegt. Im Haus selbst war es sehr ruhig, die Gegend ist eine Wohngegend. Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Fleischer, Gemüseläden, kleine Bars, Restaurants waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Strand konnte man joggen, den Bus nehmen, ein Fahrrad mieten oder einen längeren Spaziergang durch den Ort bis zum Strand machen. Herr B. spicht italienisch und französisch und etwas englisch. Obwohl wir deutsch und englisch und fast kein französisch oder italienisch gesprochen haben, konnten wir uns dennoch verständigen. Unser Vermieter war sehr bemüht, sich trotz der Sprachbarrieren mit uns zu unterhalten. Er stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, gab Tipps für einen Ausflug in die nähere Umgebung, half weiter bei der Autovermietung und fuhr uns mehr als einmal zum Strand :-). GANZ HERZLICHEN DANK! Unser Urlaub war rundum gelungen und Sardinien ist mehr als eine Reise wert.

Il posto che cercavamo

Davvero una locazione ottima, l'appartamento grande e spazioso, la gentilezza del proprietario. Come base per la scoperta di Orosei e della sua costa questa casa è un vero gioiellino.
