Beautiful apartment in a villa on the sea and direct access to the beach

This location near the beach will allow you to spend an unforgettable holiday sea breeze and lulled by the music of the surf. The apartment made in June 2011 is very bright, has two entrances and is on two levels. On the ground floor: living room of 20 m² with kitchen, bathroom, staircase and two large porches, one of which facing the sea. On the first floor large double bedroom with third bed and veranda facing the sea, large double room with two or three beds and bathroom. The apartment is tastefully furnished, sound-insulated and has all the comforts: air conditioning and heating, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, LCD TV, hairdryer, cot-cot and high chair any children. Outside shower for exclusive use with hot water, barbecue, garden furniture for dining and relaxation, lawn and parking for the exclusive use in the common garden.
