This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms, including a king bed and two twin beds, perfect for a small group of guests. It features two bathrooms both with stand alone showers and one in the master bedroom with a hot tub, you'll have all the comforts of home. Enjoy the peaceful ambiance of this phenomenal property, complete with amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, and all new washer/dryer/dishwasher/microwave/stove. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling or working in Naples. The spacious lanai has peaceful views of a pond with a waterfall capturing all that the preserve offers. Oversized community pool which is heated in the cooler seasonal months. Must fill out short application. Form will be provided, This property is booked for Feb 2026 through March 2026. December 2025, Jan 2026, April 2026, and May 2026 is a higher rate. Preferably looking for traveling or local workers for summer and off season. Please don't hesitate to call or email with questions.
