Trash day is Friday. If you are staying Thursday night, please take garbage can from garage and take it out to main road and bring back in when it is empty Friday afternoon.
Hand wash any dishes/cooking appliances that can’t go in dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-NO SMOKING of any Kind. If you smoke in the house/near the house to where the smoke permeates into the house, immediate removal without compensation.
No unauthorized pets, unregistered guest. Illegal activity, violent behavior, or, disruptive behavior. Quiet hrs 11pm-7am
