We enjoyed our stay as it was comfortable, clean, affordable compared to other venues. The welcoming wine with the chocolate was a nice touch! We wish we could've stayed longer but life gets in the way sometimes. If you need a nice place to stay at that's very affordable compared to others in the area, this is the place. Thanks again Brad for everything. Marcus and Michelle

Beautiful and cozy. The property was clean and the hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome, with complimentary wine and chocolate. One small issue came up with the bathtub tap, but it was addressed promptly. Only thing I would mention for people who may stay in the future is that the stairs are steep, so if you aren’t good with stairs, it’s not an ideal setup for you. Window AC units were more than enough, too. We would gladly stay again.

Good location to the beach and nice little private outdoor spot to sun and grill. The unit is on the second floor (as advertised) however the stairs are steep (as are most older homes), but could be hard for anyone older or with bad knees or hips.
