VINTAGE 1925 BEACH COTTAGE BEAUTIFULLY RESTORED AND FURNISHED

* Three Bedrooms (incl sleeping porch), One Bath - Perfect for family, couples, or girls' weekend.
* Main bedroom has a King bed.
* Second bedroom has two twins and sofa bed.
* Living room has a sleepable couch.
* All-weather enclosed porch with French doors has another twin bed, and can be used as a third bedroom.

Easton beach house is an excellent rental opportunity just outside of Newport. Close to beaches and thriving center of Newport. We enjoyed the accommodations. Definitely would consider it again in the future!!

As a former beach house owner who used to rent my place out in summer, I know what it takes to offer a great experience. This place was it! Great location, beautiful bungalow house. Everything was just lovely. Fluffy towels, tons of beach gear, a wonderful outdoor seating area. An outlet, hook, mirror or lamp right where you need it. So well and thoughtfully supplied. Just charming. Especially the sleeping porch, which is private enough to be a true third bedroom. We loved it!

Great Beqch Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in Middletown! The beach was such a short walk. Home was very clean. Shower had great pressure. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We will absolutely be back!

The perfect vacation!

Our family enjoyed an amazing stay at the Easton's Beach house. The layout of the space was perfect and the walk to the beach was the best part! The hosts were very helpful with check-in and great with communication throughout the process. The house had all the supplies we needed, including the adorable firepit which we enjoyed while listening to the surf. I highly recommend this property for a family. Five stars!!

Week-long family beach vacation

Great location for getting little kids to and from the beach, and to Clementine's Ice Cream! We really enjoyed the thoughtful amenities such as blocks in the bedroom with twin beds, and provided beach chairs and towels. Very quick drive to downtown Newport! Thank you to our kind hosts!

GREAT PLACE

This place had all the bells and whistles. It is equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. I can't express what a great value this place is, and it is as it says in the description. Very close to the beach, amazing host, great outdoor space. JUST LOVELY
