Beautiful Condo/Great Location

We stayed in this unit for a week for a baseball trip. We were so close to everything. The property was under renovation at the time, but that didn't spoil our stay. Our unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The master bath was stunning!

Great location and views

This was a great condo. Had some small items with cleanliness (crackers from previous renters under kids beds) but it was a very small issue. The location is perfect for the beach, the boardwalk, and all the things to do in Destin. Going to dinner or out for the day, the longest we were in the car was 10 minutes. Walk to the beach and easy to rent chairs to sit and relax all day.

Actually, the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in and this is our 14th year in Destin. Very well equipped kitchen if you want to cook while there, which we did not. Beds were very comfortable. The master bath shower...WOW! View from our 2nd floor balcony was nice and so relaxing with our morning coffee. Rained the first three days and then the weather turned absolutely gorgeous. Have never seen the water so aqua and clean before in the spring. Dolphins were frolicking in the water and you could watch from your balcony. Best vacation ever! So relaxing. The beauty and cleaniness of the condo made it so enjoyable. We are already talking about our vacation in Destin next year and would love to stay in the same condo. We love Shoreline Towers, have for years. Have recommended it to so many of our friends and family. If your trying to make a decision, you wont be sorry for choosing Shoreline.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although I have visited Destin for years, this was my first stay at Shoreline Towers. I was not dissapointed! The condo was wonderfully decorated and very spacious compared to other 2 bedroom condos I've stayed in in Destin (and I've been visiting for 10+ years). Both bedrooms had wonderful views of the beach. One morning we were actually able to see dolphins from the spare bedroom window. This unit is also just a few steps away from the staircase so walking to the beach was a breeze. The elevators weren't far either and they ran pretty quickly. The pictures for this unit are pretty spot on except I don't think they show how much closet space both rooms have. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet and the spare bedroom has a decent sized closet as well. Shoreline Towers itself was beautifully landscaped. I visited the pool in the late afternoon/evenings and it was great. It was rarely ever crowded and the water felt great (heated pool). The sauna was nice as well although it is only open during office hours I believe. All employees of Shoreline Towers that I encountered were incredibly nice and helpful. Check in was fast & easy- maybe only took 1-2 mintues. We had an issue soon after we got into the room regarding the door locking. After calling the office, someone was at our room to help within a few minutes. The men we encountered working in the guard building at the entrance were very kind as well. I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone (and already have!).

This was the nicest condo that we have ever stayed in. It was so clean, amenities were just as listed. Plus little extra touches that just made you feel at home. Beautiful Facility. Will definalty stay here again.

The weather sucked.

Great condo and location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was just as pictured in the listing and beautiful, the beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, nice furniture inside and on the deck, we would definitely stay here again. It’s very close to all things Destin, and short drive to everything else. The only negative is we had a pair of shoes stolen off the rack at the beach entrance our last morning. This is nothing toward the unit or facility, just be cautious leaving your shoes at the beach entrance.

Nice except for construction

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love shoreline towers and always come here when we go to Destin. This unit was our most favorite that we have ever stayed in. However, the construction was not as portrayed in our initial contract. It is not a phased project as was stated. The entire complex was a mess. I had confirmed that our balcony in tower 1 would be completed. However,when you can't enjoy being on the balcony because of construction noises (jack hammer, a generator runnning the power washing right under your balcony, etc). Waking up two mornings to a jack hammer going starting at 7:30 am under the building (we were on the second floor so it was so loud we couldn't hear each other speak) for hours was frustrating. We did not start getting the construction update emails until after we had paid our final deposit which since it was passed the time we could cancel made them pointless. I will say when we went to inform the rental office, they were very kind and gave us a 15% refund. I'm still not sure I would have paid $2000 to come and be annoyed most of the week at the noises though and be in a complete construction zone since all 3 towers, the townhomes, and the main office were being worked on while we were there (again, not the phased work stated in the contract). The beach staff were awesome as always.
