It is located within a well-kept residence surrounded by greenery, 250 meters from the beach and about 10 minutes from Cefalù.
Imagine waking up on a warm summer day, enjoying a good coffee on the veranda, putting on a towel, and now diving into the water! This is the privilege of staying in our villa. Welcome to VILLECEFALU.
70 square meters with a large private veranda with table, chairs, loungers, and a barbecue where you can enjoy your freshly grilled fish.
Inside: 2 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms (with shower); Kitchen; Living/dining room (with 2 sofa beds); Outdoor shower; Garden.

Heerlijke vakantje, slechte communicatie

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in een mooie accommodatie dichtbij het strand. Je moet verder wel alles met de auto doen. Hoewel de eigenaren alles doen om de vakantie naar wens te laten verlopen is de communicatie niet goed. Zo kwamen wij er ter plekke achter dat het gebruik van het zwembad tegen een meerprijs per dag is wat je met een gezin met 3 kleine kinderen niet wilt. Uiteindelijke na een lange discussie is dit toch goed gekomen, maar hou hier rekening mee als je hier boekt. Verder kregen we pas later te horen wat de energiekosten waren en bij het uitchecken waren ze even vergeten dat we de borg al hadden betaald. Een goede administratie zou hier wel helpen. Verder een heerlijk relaxte vakantie gehad in een ruime schone accommodatie en uiteindelijk dus ook heerlijk gezwommen!

I thank you for the advice, I keep and specify however that in the announcement you have found every minimal description, like the costs of the electricity that you pay in residence, and of the swimming pool, which I remember is not managed by us as we are not owners and it was extra. Reading all the notes, then you decide whether to book the structure or not. This is why we were desolate of your discontent and, to confirm everything, we read the announcement together where it was all indicated. We came to meet you financially, about the pool, but you didn't mention this :) However, I thank you for choosing us and for being our guests. La villetta è veramente ben fatta, tenuta bene e molto pulita. Il contesto riservato e immerso nel verde regala un soggiorno tranquillo lontano dai rumori della città. Molto comodo lo smaltimento dei rifiuti. Bellissima terrazza esterna. Unica nota dolente le strade piene di buche e pochi servizi vicini alla casa (bar, passeggiate). La zona è molto bella ma sarebbe da rivalutarla tenendo più curato il verde e ingaggiando dei cecchini per chi butta l'immondizia per strada e in spiaggia. Per il resto è stato perfetto.

Location parfaite, limitée au plan ustensiles de cuisine, agréable pour 3 ou 4 personnes, rafraîchissement salles de douches souhaitables, calme en dehors des chiens du voisin, plages à proximité très moyennes, piscine payante 5 euros par jour, pas de petit centre café Restau à proximité donc voiture obligatoire, ville de Cephalu décevante, bonne situation pour visiter Palerme à 50 km , Agrigente, Vulcano etc à 150 km, proprietaire disponible

Casa tranquila con difícil acceso

Pietro no habla inglés, tampoco su hija aunque aseguran que sí. Prácticamente todo el dinero de la casa se paga en mano, llevo 15 días intentando que me haga una factura pero creo que ya he desistido. La casa es muy bonita pero entrar-salir en la zona residencial es casi toda una aventura siciliana. Os recomiendo llevar vuestra propia ropa de cama y toalla. No tiene horno, secador de pelo, vitrocerámica (es cocina de gas que cuesta encender), ni campana extractora pese a que lo pone en servicios. La playa no queda tan cerca como dice porque hay que recorrer el laberinto de calles, y total la playa no es para tanto (quizás el hecho de yo ser gallega no ayuda), os recomiendo la de Cefalú, pueblo increíble. Por cierto, me encantó Sicilia.

Bellissima Residenza

Siamo stati in questa bellissima residenza dal 21.08 al 04.09.2015! Abbiamo prenotato vedendo l'inserzione presente su questo sito e ci siamo fidati delle recensioni rilasciate dai viaggiatori che ci hanno preceduto! la villa si trova all'interno di un residence che si trova in 2° fila rispetto al mare e quindi non ha l'accesso diretto, si devono percorrere circa 250 mt di strada per arrivare alla spiaggia rigorosamente "libera" quindi senza Lidi che possano offrire servizi di alcuna sorta. Il Lido più vicino si trova presso la Spiaggia delle Salinelle a circa 3 km dal residence. Abbiamo avuto la "sfortuna" se così si può dire di aver assegnato il villino nr° 7 che ha come unica pecca dei vicini di casa "stanziali" troppo rumorosi, non c'è mai stato verso di passare due di fila senza sentire le loro urla.... Il Signor Pietro, prode condottiero degli alloggi, è una persona molto attenta all'ospitailità, sempre cortese e gentile, disponibile ad assecondare ogni nostra richiesta! Le case sono tutte fatte in modo davvero impeccabile, curate e realizzate in ottimo modo, si vede che non è la classica costruzione realizzata "tanto per essere affittata"; tutti i materiali utilizzati sono di prima scelta! All'interno della casa non manca nulla, c'è a disposizione sia la lavatrice che il ferro di stiro con tanto di tavola. L'unica pecca che ho riscontrato è che sebbene all'interno del residence ci sia una piscina, la stessa è a pagamento per il semplice fatto che è stata data ing gestione ad un privato e non sono previsti sconti agli ospiti del residence. La connessione w-fi che asserve le ville è davvero scendete e di pessima qualità, questo dipende dal solo fatto che per offrire il segnale si è un po' tirato sulla distribuzione delle antenne perché ne sono state installate soltanto due per tutti gli ospiti, dopo un po' che si connettono gli utenti la banda si satura e nessuno riesce a navigare. Ho fatto presente la questione al Sig. pietro e mi ha garantito che avrebbe risolto il problema aumentando le antenne e sostituendo il modem/router. Consiglio questa villa a chi vuole passare una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della tranquillità (vicini a parte....). A poca distanza ci sono alcuni supermercati (consiglio lo Spaccio Alimentare per i prezzi nettamente più bassi dei competitor). Cefalù dista a circa 11 km mentre Termini Imerese dista circa 25 km.

Séjour très agréable

Maison parfaite sécurisée à quelques minutes de la mer à pied . Idéale pour la farniente ou pour les excursions car l autoroute est à 10 mn . Maison propre deux chambres et deux salles de bain . PIETRO le propriétaire très accueillant et disponible. Le restaurant La Voce del Mare pas très loin est un très bon rapport qualité prix. Mille merci Pietro

posto tranquillo

Appartamenti ben curati e confortevoli ,tutto necessario in casa per una vacanza anche breve, per la spiaggia 200 mt. ma non attrezzata, , quindi bisogna prendere la macchina .Nelle vicinanze supermercato ,posizione casa comoda per visitare Palermo e tutte le bellissime spiagge nei dintorni . Signor Pietro molto ospitale e disponibile.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Wir haben 10 wundervolle und erholsame Urlaubstage in der Anlage verbracht. Die Bilder im Netz haben nicht nur der Wirklichkeit voll entsprochen, unsere Erwartungen wurden bei Weitem übertroffen. Das Haus in der Ferienanlage ist von herrlicher Vegetation umgeben (Oliven- u. Zitronenbäume, Palmen, blühende Büsche), sodass man ungestört und unbeobachtet ist, sich aber nie alleine fühlt. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall mal einen ganzen oder halben Tag am Haus auf der schattigen, regengeschützten Terrasse zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist von der Aufteilung her sehr überlegt und großzügig geplant und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden und das Mobiliar ist sehr massiv. Zu bemerken ist auch, dass Wasser rund um die Uhr reichlich vorhanden und immer sehr heiß war. Alles ist bis ins Detail sehr gut durchdacht (Tresor in der Wohnung, Fliegengitter, zwei gleichwertige Bäder). Zudem ist alles sehr sauber von den Zimmern bis hin zum Geschirr. Sehr angenehm ist auch, dass das Auto innerhalb der Anlage direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden kann. Díe Nähe zum Strand mit sehr gutem Restaurant ist ebenfalls ein Vorteil, genauso wie günstige Zugverbindung nach Palermo für ca. 9€ hin und zurück vom nahegelegenen Bahnhof. Auch weiter entfernte Ziele, wie z.B. Segesta, Erice, Enna oder Agrigento sind über die Autostrada gut als Tagesausflüge zu erreichen. Ergänzt wird der insgesamt überaus positive Eindruck durch den Verwalter Sign. Pietro, der durch seine Herzlichkeit, große Hilfsbereitschaft und äußerste Zuverlässigkeit den Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis werden ließ. Dafür möchten wir Sign. Pietro ganz besonders danken. Es ist unmöglich, alle Vorzüge der Ferienanlage hier aufzuführen, in jedem Fall können wir sagen, dass wir wirklich begeistert sind. Josef, Christina u. Stefanie
