Additionally, there are 2 living rooms (1 up, 1 down) with 2 twins bunks (sleeps 2 total) and 1 sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements. large dining space, breakfast nook and well-appointed kitchen. Common area upstairs with tv and 2 functional work spaces Great location! Blocks from ORU and Maybee center, 10 miles from BOK and convention center, 15 minutes to downtown Tulsa, 20 minutes to Broken Arrow. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Gather dirty towels and put them in the laundry room.
Clear old to go boxes and opened food out of the fridge, load dirty dishes and pans and start the dishwasher.
Make sure thermostats are set to “auto” and the temperature is set to 76. Place keys back and lockbox and make sure all doors are locked. Safe travels!

My grandparents lived in this neighborhood my whole life. I have the fondest memories here; as it is safe, bright, active, family-friendly and feels like home.

What makes this property unique

Our property is an an excellent part of town that's just a stone's throw away from great restaurants, shops and thing to do. It's in the heart of Tulsa, with mature trees and in a great neighborhood. Close to highways and main roads, you can get just about anywhere in 15 minutes or less. Our home features 2 living spaces that guests historically love. The upstairs space, with a large flatscreen, bunks, couches and work spaces is a real favorite of our younger guests. Making it an excellent family stay that the kids will not soon forget!
