Pet allergy-friendly, spotless, and centrally located, this retreat offers a clean, stylish home base for work or play. This sleek, modern home is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and style. The open-concept main level creates a bright, spacious feel, seamlessly connecting the living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen, ideal for relaxing or gathering together.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, a complete set of cooking tools, and a well-stocked seasoning lineup, making it easy to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to full meals. The living area offers a comfortable sectional, two accent chairs, and a Smart TV for unwinding after a day out.

Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms
All three bedrooms are located on the top floor, with no bedrooms on the main level, offering added privacy and a quiet sleeping space.

The primary suite features a king-size bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with a standing walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms include a queen bed and a full-size bed, each with closets and hanging space. A second full bathroom with a tub and shower combo is conveniently located across the hall from these bedrooms.

This home is 100% pet-free, making it an excellent option for guests with allergies or sensitivities. No pets have ever stayed here, helping maintain a clean, allergen-reduced environment.

Work & Family Friendly
For guests working remotely, a dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi ensure productivity. A full-service laundry room adds convenience for longer stays.

The home is also very kid-friendly, featuring a small play area equipped with a children’s play kitchen and toys. A high chair and playpen are available on-site, making travel with little ones easier and more comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless and well cared for, with thoughtful touches like a fully stocked coffee bar that made us feel right at home. The host’s communication was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful every step of the way. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently located close to everything we needed. BEAUTIFUL!!

WOW – where do I start! Highly recommend this location – super clean, bright, conveniently located, amazing hosts, communication is spot-on, smelled great when we entered the townhouse. Decorated perfectly, the interior signs were gentle and friendly. Instructions from beginning to end were very clear. Beds were super comfy; all amenities were in place. This was a GREAT place to stay – we will be back for sure!!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was especially well stocked, which made it easy for us to prep food and snacks. I can’t speak for all the beds, but the master bedroom bed was very comfortable and the bedding was soft and cozy.The only downside was that the blinds in the master let in quite a bit of light in the morning. The curtains provided were too short to cover the window fully, so it didn’t block much extra light. Other than that small issue, everything else was great.Also, the review asked about the pool, but since we stayed in November, it was closed for the season. I can’t speak to the pool experience, but I wasn’t bothered by that at all.Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely book this property again!

This is a beautiful space. My 9-year-olds and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool being literally right across the street was lovely. There is so much space in the unit, and the a/c worked wonderfully! We did not have an issue staying cool in the hot August we stayed there. My only complaint is a doorknob to the main bathroom was broken and kept falling off, along with the upstairs bathroom toilet paper roll hanger. Unfortunately, the water and ice to the fridge wasn't working. There was a pitcher in the fridge that had a filter, but the water had a fishy smell to it, so we ended up using the water straight from the tap.
