A very quaint 150 year old home. The key rooms such as the kitchen and bathroom are updated. This place is near everything in Ocean Grove...the beach, Main Ave and the Great Auditorium

Could use slight improvement. Front door hard to open. Basic cable TV would be a Location great. Not the fault of the property but parking can be a problem. Great the beach badges are included.

The door sticks when it is humid as it is wood.
